Experience oceanfront living in this stylish 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo in Las Conchas. Perfect for up to 6 guests, it features a vibrant, beach-inspired decor. The entryway includes a round stone table and wicker chairs. Inside, the living room offers soft yellow walls, a modern sofa, orange patterned armchairs, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with DVD, VCR, and WiFi. The dining area boasts a glass-top table and six chairs. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, beech wood cabinets, and new appliances, including a microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a large closet. The second bedroom features a colorful bed and dark wood furniture, while the third offers a queen-size bed with neutral-toned bedding. Bathrooms have granite countertops, walk-in travertine showers, and modern fixtures. The back patio extends to the sand, perfect for grilling with a charcoal BBQ and enjoying sunsets over the Sea of Cortez.

  The house was great, very nice rental. the only problem was when I booked it I asked the young lady at Oceano rentals if it was within walking didtance to Mannys, she said yes, I later found out it was 2 miles away and we had to drive back and forth.   The entire family (including extended family nearby us) had a wonderful time relaxing by the beach, going for walks and having all the children play together there. The accommodations had been recently renovated and were beautiful, comfortable and very welcoming. We had everything we needed. It simplified our family vacation so much, being able to stay directly on the beach vs hauling all the snacks and beach toys and shade umbrellas etc.
  Everything in our rental was clean and worked. Reservation management at Oceano Rentals has always been courteous, very responsive and professional. I highly recommend them!

  The property was as described. Very nice inside and had the amenities described. The problem was there was construction going on next door, less than 10 feet away, and they started at 7:15 am with tools and loud radio. We were not able to sleep past 7:15 am nor could we go out on the patio and have a quiet cup of morning coffee.
  Went to the office the first day it happened, and the office assured us they would take care of the problem. Nothing changed over the next 3 days. When leaving and checking out at the office I again informed them that nothing changed with construction and radio noise after they had spoken to them. I believe it was the office manager I spoke with when leaving and he stated he would talk to the owner of the property about a possible refund of some sort. It has been 3 weeks and I have not heard back from the company.

  This is our second time staying here and it was great again. What we would like to suggest is better pest control . The room closest to the driveway had lots of ants, and spiders. The ants were carrying roaches up the tile wall.
  Another thing my Aunt and cousin fell outside on the wet slippery tile stairs on her way to the beach. She wasn’t running . Please add something to those tile stairs to avoid slipping. They are way too slippery . We rented two houses this year and the tile in the other house is also extremely slippery. I also fell there. A total of 3 people fell this past weekend.
