Villa #9

Villa #9 is a newly renovated gorgeous beachfront. The home has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Spacious Bathrooms --the master bedroom features a queen bed and the second bedroom has a full bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, blender, microwave, and toaster. The living/kitchen area is vibrantly decorated and includes a fireplace (bring own wood or fire logs). You can access the beach from this room through the sliding glass doors that also offer gorgeous views from inside. Other Amenities include WiFi Internet and Vonage Phone Service, central A/C, Satellite TV, builtin charcoal barbecue, a beachfront patio with furniture, and a two-car garage. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. 2-night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, June, October and all Holidays. (Specific Holidays we request 4 minimum nights stay). For 7 nights the owner requests, if it is a weekend, check in must be on Friday or Sunday not Saturday.

  Overall stay was great. The garage door did not work and in this case should have a rope on inside to grab it down for us shorties.
  Maybe a few air fresheners plugins in the house for the sewer smell when u turn on water in kitchen.

  This is our first time in Villa #9 (two adult couples) and overall our experience was excellent. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Appliances were new and in good working order. Beds were comfortable, but the one in the 2nd bedroom might not be a good fit for a "larger" couple. Our "complaints" all were minor. We thought it odd that most sets of bar-ware (and bar stools) were in threes rather than fours or sixes, but we made do. The garage was a bit cluttered with construction/ repair debris and some items of furniture (but we had adequate room for our mid-size SUV) and the planter in the entry from which a palm had been removed was trashy. The water supply pressure tank was damaged when we arrived and the pump cycled on-and-off at short intervals, but that was repaired promptly after we contacted Oceano and we had no other maintenance issues. The young woman at Oceano was pleasant, courteous, and helpful. We plan to return in 2023 and already are looking forward to our next visit. We can recommend Villa #9 without reservation.

  Came down to RPT for a three night stay to relax. The place was nice and clean, had everything we needed. The only drawback was that there wasn't a king size bed (just a queen in the Master) but we knew that when we rented the place.
