  This rental is in the third row of houses from the beach. A code box for the door would be great. there was only one key to unlock the padlock so we always needed to find who had it before heading back to the house from the beach.The house is open and spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Very low water pressure in master shower, the sliding screen doors were in disrepair and the fridge leaks on the kitchen floor at night but all in all a great stay. Be sure to bring your own paper towels, drinking water and coffee filters!

  Great value and nice place. Oceano management was very friendly and easy to work with, I like that they allow pets as most people that come down here love to bringing their fur buddies. The only thing I would ask is to add a tv for entertainment and a lock box or keypad at the property vs going into town for check in and out. I would stay here again, thank you.

  House was fine. Water Pump went out during our stay a little inconvenience but they fixed it fast.
  Tanks weren’t filled completely before our stay so they ran out pretty quickly but they filled them.
  My only real complaint was the house said Las Conches but it was 20 min further East. I’ve stayed in that area before I just wasn’t expecting it.

  This rental was clean and spacious. I had to do some research to find a place in Playa Encanto that would accommodate our budget and this was perfect. The rental agency was very friendly and informative upon arrival. The house is steps away from the beautiful beach. We liked the place and would recommend renting.
