  Wonderful location right on the beach. Well appointed 2 story condo. Private beach, so no crowds. Lots of shells! Location is 15 minutes from town and stores, so bring what you need. Only complaint was about construction onsite which was very loud the first couple days.

  The place overall is beautiful and has a great location. However this unit was quite dirty and the kitchen was poorly stocked with very old and unwashed dishes/pots and pans. There weren't even any paper towels. I knew folks in the other units and they gave rave reviews.

  Beautiful location away from the busy Sandy beach where we usually stay.
  The condo was absolutely adorable!! Super clean and well maintained. We loved all the art on the walls and amenities provided. Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy and not feel cramped. The beach was full of seashells and a bit of seaweed in the ocean. We had huge waves the first day from a hurricane, but the remaining days were calm and relaxing. I most definitely will book this condo again!
  The only thing that we needed was a broom to clean the floors of the sand. We also needed dishwasher soap but managed with liquid soap in the sink and all was fine!
  Thank you so much!! We are coming back as soon as we can!

  The unit was awesome. Beautiful decorated, love the beach access and the pool. Only downfall, they were painting and we were not told that was going to happen. We did not have access to the patio upstairs or down from Monday to Friday because they were painting. Otherwise, the staY was great!!!

  Paradise Villa #2 was clean and well furnished. we had a problem with the AC when we arrived but Anthony in the Oceano office was quick to call the repair company and they had it fixed in a couple hours. The grounds of the complex was very clean and security kept it feeling safe. the only issue was, that the oven didn't work. I brought food to cook for the weekend and was unable to cook it due to the oven being dismantled. no knob and no thermostat. other wise the property had all the other amenities promised. get the oven fixed and I would recommend again.

  The home was exactly as described. The house is decorated beautifully and the grounds is well maintained and beautiful. My family and I were comfortable and we enjoyed every minute. There was one night there was no water in all the villas but we were able to find the grounds custodian and he explained to us they were fixing the issue and the water would return shortly. He was right, the water turned back on after a few hours but honestly no one was bothered by it because we were all outside on the beach or in the pool having fun.
