Casita del Mar is a beachfront home with oversized windows giving ALL rooms gorgeous ocean views! Inside you are greeted with a gorgeous Boveda ceiling, cove lighting, decorative fireplace, gourmet kitchen, large breakfast bar, and pantry. The master suite has a California King, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed all with sliding doors to the patio. The 4th detached bedroom has two full size beds for your extra guest. This is the place YOU will want to call home. 2-night minimum during the week, 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, June, October and all Holidays. (Specific Holidays we request 4 minimum nights stay) For 7 nights the owner requests, if it is a weekend, check in must be on Friday or Sunday not Saturday.

  I will start off with the positives of this home. The bedrooms were very large and spacious, same with the kitchen and the living room. You have an amazing ocean view from the living room and the back patio. The water pressure was amazing and we always had hot water. I also like how the house set up high so when vendors walked by, they weren’t right in your
  face, there were not as many vendors on this end of Las Conchas, so that was nice. Now to the negatives. It was a pretty steep hill getting to the house from the beach. We also had two air-conditioning units go out on us and a leaking toilet three different days so I had to sit and wait for maintenance instead of enjoying our vacation. There’s also construction going on next-door which we were not aware of and most of the day we heard a generator running and not the ocean, I know this isn’t the fault of the homeowner but I wish we would’ve known about it. There was a ton of trash in the shower downstairs , as well as the pillars on the porch all of the beds except for a couple were extremely hard. The house is really beautiful. It just seems like there’s a lot of deferred maintenance around the property and on the exterior of the home.
