The perfect place to sunbathe, practice your morning yoga, sip on your happy hour cocktail or simply admire the breath-taking heavenly nights the city offers.Central air & heat plus 1 ceiling fan and an electric fireplace available for your best comfort. Brisa del Mar has a King size bed and 1 lazy boy sleeper sofa this unit comfortably sleeps 4.

The large living/dining area hosts an entertainment center with cable TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix, DVD, plus dozens of movies, music, games for hours of fun. Relax with one of the many books available to all.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and large refrigerator. Plus, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, Keurig machine along with complimentary stocked coffee/tea station to start your day off right. sip your coffee at the kitchen bar, an inside table, or one of the two outside tables to soak up every minute while in paradise. The kitchen is complete with all types of cooking ware, plates, glasses, cups, silverware, kitchen towels, hot pads, storage containers, cutting boards, and water dispensers. Everything you can possibly need to prepare your fabulous meal.

The bathroom has 2 doors, for extra privacy, a large, tiled shower & attached hairdryer. One complete set of towels and one beach/pool towel is available for each guest.
Ideally located within walking distance a few blocks away from the beach; head on down for a swim in the ocean or borrow the folding chairs from the palapa so you can sit and enjoy Rocky Points' amazing sunsets over the sea.   I planned a last minute trip and was able to find this location. It is very close to the beach. The complex is secure and comfortable. The place had a lot of interesting decorations. AC works great. The only downside is that there is just way too much furniture in every room- so it made it hard to find places to put my own stuff.
