Un Poco de Paraiso is a spectacular 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath two story town home. Master bedroom comes with a King sized bed, fireplace, private balcony with a gorgeous view of the Sea of Cortez. Guest bedroom has 2 full sized beds, bath and its own balcony. It has an elegantly tiled fully equipped kitchen to include small appliances toaster, coffee maker, microwave, gas stove and all the cooking utensils you will need. The cozy living room has a sofa sleeper, satellite dish TV, WIFI and a perfect view of the sea. Other amenities to include swimming pool, air conditioning.
2-night minimum during the week, 3 night stay minimum during weekends in March, April, May, June, October and all Holidays. (Specific Holidays we request 4 minimum nights stay).

  lovely home. No instructions for the fireplace so didn't use altho would have liked to-also they were jackhammering the patio behind the home for a couple of days but not all day. Steps nearby were blocked off due to this construction.

  Location to the water is great, a little far from town but doable. Not a rock anywhere to be found making it nice in the feet. It was unseasonably warm for our trip but the house was cool with minispkits in each room. Master bed was great, could use better living room and outdoor seating. Not sure if you are expected to bring your own drinking water but check before you go. I had asked at check in and they said there would be water, when we got there there was none, someone did drop some off after we called but no dispenser. The house was very clean upon arrival, and the grounds were kept up daily.

  The location of this villa is ideal, as it's off the beaten path from the downtown area and right on the beach. We loved the ease of walking just a few steps to get to the water, plus the view from the patios were amazing! The beach itself was great - clean and quiet; in fact, most of the time we were the only ones there! The interior is adequate. It had all of the essentials, and beds were comfortable. If I had to pick one area to improve, it would be that some of the amenities could use some updating, as it would make the place feel a bit more like a vacation, but considering the price and location, overall it was a great place to stay for our family of four!

  Overall unit was great, but here are a few things to consider if you are staying longer than 3 nights. The oven was not working, but all of the top stoves worked fine. Soap and shampoo will last maybe 3 days for two people, but I would pack extra for showers, etc. towels are also few and are good for about 3 days. There are no beach towels so pack them. Outdoor chairs and a grill are available. Seemed like everyone shares all of them with other units and put them away at night. Check in and out was easy and the staff was very friendly and deserve to get paid more. Access to stores, etc. is limited due to being about 10 miles from town, but no big deal. Thanks for allowing us to stay. We will be back and hope this helps people planning their trip.

  This villa right on the beach was perfect for a low-key family vacation. We could go back and forth between the beach and the pool. Then we could come back to the villa and enjoy the AC and a shower to rinse off all of the sand. The villa was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were in good condition. I would highly recommend!

  Renting from Oceano is great! They are always so helpful and friendly. It is nice to have a point person when having questions about house, water, etc. Alvarro was very helpful in figuring out if our dog was welcome or not and we appreciated that.

  If you want your own beach this is the place for you. Quiet Villa, property was clean, beach was clean, the water clear. Only slight negative was not many restaurants in the area.
