With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, it’s ideal for families or groups looking for an unforgettable stay in Rocky Point.

MASTER BEDROOM: Wake up to incredible views of the water in this spacious suite featuring a king bed, a sliding glass door leading to the patio, and a convenient kitchenette. The en suite bathroom includes both indoor and outdoor showers—perfect for rinsing off after the beach or enjoying a peaceful moment under the sky.

SECOND BEDROOM: Cozy and comfortable, this room includes a queen bed and connects to a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with hallway access—great for couples or additional guests.

THIRD BEDROOM: Features a king bed and its own private en suite bathroom, offering extra privacy and comfort.

FOURTH BEDROOM: Designed with families or kids in mind, this room includes two sets of bunk beds—one with twin beds and one with queen beds—making it fun and functional for groups of all ages.

LIVING ROOM: The open-concept living area is filled with natural light and offers stunning views of the Sea of Cortez through large windows along the southern wall. A great space to relax, read, or enjoy time with loved ones.

GAME ROOM: A favorite for guests of all ages, this bonus room includes a large flat-screen TV, a vintage Pacman arcade machine, foosball table, and a wet bar with reverse-osmosis filtered water and an ice machine.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked and ready for your culinary needs, the kitchen includes spices, an air fryer, blender, dishwasher, and its own reverse-osmosis water system—everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home.

OUTDOOR AREA: A spacious beachfront deck runs along the side of the house, with a direct path leading to the sand and sea. The palapa-covered bar and seating area on the porch offer the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the sunset, or gather for evening drinks.

PET POLICY: This home is pet friendly. A $75 USD fee applies per pet. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your furry companion.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: The owner kindly requests no smoking inside the home. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included for your comfort.

  Casa Barry Happy was great! The home was remodeled with very comfortable finishes, plenty of room for all 12 of us, very clean, beach was great! All in all an awesome experience. We would stay here again. One thing we didn't love about the home is the amount of stairs to get to the beach 62 to be exact. We are a young healthy family so it wasn't that big of a deal. But if you are older or have mobility issues it might not be for you.

  Great house with all the comforts of home. Kitchen well stocked ACs worked great, plenty of space, house was clean upon arrival. Would absolutely stay here again. Only real negative is the house is elevated from the beach with 65 steps plus landings to get back and forth. We did have a group of people that were staying in the house behind us without beach access so they would continually step over our wall to use our stairs. The managers were available with questions on the oven, they did send a yard man over without informing us first which was a little concerning to see the gate open when we returned from lunch without warning but otherwise no issues.

  Casa Barry Happy is amazing! This house is spacious, beautifully appointed, and its beachfront location is perfect. The master suite is huge with its own small kitchenette, and an option for an indoor or outdoor shower! The game room has a wet bar, an ice maker, a big sectional sofa, and games galore. The bedrooms have tv's with satellite service, the driveway is gated, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. I've rented so many houses in Las Conchas through the years, and this one is at the top of the list. Oceano was fabulous to work with, as always.

  This beach house is beautifull and comfortable. There was plenty of room for us and 2 dogs. The beach is clean and hardly no one in it. We kayaked and paddle boarded with dolphins every morning. Will definitely be back. The house and furniture are clean and very comfortable. Everything you need is there.
