With 8 private bedroom suites and 12 total beds, Paz del Mar accommodates up to 24 guests, combining boutique privacy with resort-level amenities for a truly seamless large-scale stay.

SUITES – Eight private bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom for comfort and privacy: four suites feature king beds, and four feature two queen beds each. Two additional half outdoor bathrooms and one in the game room add convenience for pool and terrace use.

POOL & OUTDOOR SPACES – A heated swimming pool anchors the property, surrounded by lounge areas, multiple outdoor terraces, and shaded rooftop spaces designed specifically for group relaxation and gatherings.

PRIVATE CHEF SERVICE – Elevate your stay with optional private chef service for breakfast and dinner — meal preparation included, with guests providing their own groceries and ingredients. The indoor industrial stove is reserved for chef use, while guests have full access to the indoor kitchen's refrigerators, prep space, storage, ice machine, and bar island. Guests who prefer to cook themselves have full use of a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, including a large grill with burners and a flat-top, ideal for group meals.

PERSONAL HOSPITALITY ATTENDANT – Enhance your stay with a dedicated Personal Hospitality Attendant, included at no additional cost. Throughout your stay, your attendant will prepare and serve beverages, assist with meal service, keep common areas refreshed, and ensure your group enjoys a relaxed, resort-style experience from arrival to departure.

To welcome your group, we provide a complimentary selection of bottled water, soft drinks, snacks, and light refreshments. Once the complimentary refreshments have been enjoyed, guests are welcome to bring their preferred beverages, ingredients, and snacks, and the Personal Hospitality Attendant will gladly prepare and serve them throughout the remainder of the stay.

  This was a fantastic family compound vacation location. I took my kids and grandkids here for July 4th week and everyone loved it. There was 17 of us and it was like we lived there. usually I rent a couple of 6 bedroom penthouses on Sandy Beach but this was a better fit for us. We hit the beach every morning one block walk and when high tide came rolling in around noon we were back at the property for lunch where we spent the rest of the day in the pool before having dinner cooked for us every night.

  We spent Christmas week at this Rocky Point home with our large extended family and had a wonderful overall experience. The house is beautiful, well located, and thoughtfully laid out for large groups. We loved being close together while still having our own rooms and bathrooms to retreat to — we never felt crowded or on top of one another.
  
  The location was perfect, especially with young kids. The walk to the beach was easy, the heated pool was a huge hit for all ages, and the housekeeping was the best we’ve ever experienced — the home and our rooms always felt clean and refreshed.
  
  Malu, the property manager, was exceptional. She patiently answered countless questions, from shopping and dining recommendations to where to attend Christmas Mass. One especially thoughtful touch was arranging fresh local tamales for us on Christmas, which made the holiday feel extra special.
  
  Chef Henry was fantastic — accommodating, flexible, and easy to work with. There was a bit of a language barrier, which made dinner coordination slightly more challenging at times, but a few people in our group spoke fluent Spanish, which helped everything run smoothly. Once communication was settled, the meals were enjoyable and having a chef on-site truly elevated our stay.
  
  We could tell the property is still finishing some final renovation touches. A few lights still needed to be hung, the gas to the grill needed adjustment, and we did wish there was a dishwasher and consistent hot water in the kitchen, especially with such a large group. The lack of a true “family room” space and limited access to the stove/oven also made independent meal planning a bit tricky.
  
  That said, we made meaningful memories here and would absolutely recommend this home to large families looking for a well-managed, comfortable place near the beach.

  We had a wonderful stay at Paz Del Mar. The property is beautiful and the location is perfect, so close to the beach. We enjoyed the pool, commercial drink ice maker, super cold air conditioning and comfortable bedrooms. The property is not quite finished and they were still working on the workout room and maybe a lounge space/game room. It was a little loud when the workers were there but nothing crazy. Also, you are not allowed to used the indoor kitchen stove/oven (grill, flat top and burner available outside) but the staff can cook for you with your purchased ingredients. These things didn't change our experience, just an fyi for others looking to rent. Also, having a housekeeping person there everyday to clean communal spaces (and rooms if you want) was great! This place was perfect of our vacation, we would love to stay here again and highly recommend.
