ENTRANCE & OUTDOOR SPACES
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by a sprawling covered front porch and unique stone paving that extends throughout the first level, including the pool area and main grounds. The vast outdoor space provides ample parking and the perfect setting for hosting events or simply enjoying the open air.

BEDROOMS & LAYOUT
Inside, you’ll find eight beautifully designed bedrooms — four on the ground floor and four directly above — each with its own private bathroom and modern-rustic wood furniture that blends elegance with warmth. A staircase leads to a third-level rooftop deck offering panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez and the Sonoran Desert — an ideal spot to relax under the sun.

SECOND FLOOR AMENITIES
The second floor connects all the bedrooms and the top decks, allowing easy access throughout the property. On this floor, you’ll find a spacious gym outfitted with everything you need for a great workout. Adjacent to the gym is a convenience room with a TV lounge and game area — perfect for casual hangouts, family fun, or business meetings. Just outside, a shaded palapa lounge invites you to unwind and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze.

KITCHEN & DINING
At the heart of the property, an expansive gourmet kitchen stands ready to accommodate large groups, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and offering the option of a private chef experience for an unforgettable culinary adventure. PLEASE NOTE that the home features an industrial stove that guests are not able to operate for safety reasons. To accommodate this, we offer a private chef service, but using the chef is completely optional. If you prefer to cook for yourselves, you’re welcome to use the fully equipped outdoor cooking area, which includes a large grill, burners, and a flat-top griddle. Above the kitchen, an open-air deck provides yet another space to enjoy the sun and sea breeze.

POOL & LANDSCAPING
A resort-style pool awaits right in front of the central gathering areas — spacious enough for everyone to enjoy — complete with an outdoor shower and ambient lighting to keep the atmosphere lively even after sunset. To ensure your safety and peace of mind, please note that security cameras are located on the exterior of the property, including around the pool area. These are in place strictly for property security and guest protection.

  We had a wonderful stay at Paz Del Mar. The property is beautiful and the location is perfect, so close to the beach. We enjoyed the pool, commercial drink ice maker, super cold air conditioning and comfortable bedrooms. The property is not quite finished and they were still working on the workout room and maybe a lounge space/game room. It was a little loud when the workers were there but nothing crazy. Also, you are not allowed to used the indoor kitchen stove/oven (grill, flat top and burner available outside) but the staff can cook for you with your purchased ingredients. These things didn't change our experience, just an fyi for others looking to rent. Also, having a housekeeping person there everyday to clean communal spaces (and rooms if you want) was great! This place was perfect of our vacation, we would love to stay here again and highly recommend.
