  We spent Christmas week at this Rocky Point home with our large extended family and had a wonderful overall experience. The house is beautiful, well located, and thoughtfully laid out for large groups. We loved being close together while still having our own rooms and bathrooms to retreat to — we never felt crowded or on top of one another.
  
  The location was perfect, especially with young kids. The walk to the beach was easy, the heated pool was a huge hit for all ages, and the housekeeping was the best we’ve ever experienced — the home and our rooms always felt clean and refreshed.
  
  Malu, the property manager, was exceptional. She patiently answered countless questions, from shopping and dining recommendations to where to attend Christmas Mass. One especially thoughtful touch was arranging fresh local tamales for us on Christmas, which made the holiday feel extra special.
  
  Chef Henry was fantastic — accommodating, flexible, and easy to work with. There was a bit of a language barrier, which made dinner coordination slightly more challenging at times, but a few people in our group spoke fluent Spanish, which helped everything run smoothly. Once communication was settled, the meals were enjoyable and having a chef on-site truly elevated our stay.
  
  We could tell the property is still finishing some final renovation touches. A few lights still needed to be hung, the gas to the grill needed adjustment, and we did wish there was a dishwasher and consistent hot water in the kitchen, especially with such a large group. The lack of a true “family room” space and limited access to the stove/oven also made independent meal planning a bit tricky.
  
  That said, we made meaningful memories here and would absolutely recommend this home to large families looking for a well-managed, comfortable place near the beach.

  We had a wonderful stay at Paz Del Mar. The property is beautiful and the location is perfect, so close to the beach. We enjoyed the pool, commercial drink ice maker, super cold air conditioning and comfortable bedrooms. The property is not quite finished and they were still working on the workout room and maybe a lounge space/game room. It was a little loud when the workers were there but nothing crazy. Also, you are not allowed to used the indoor kitchen stove/oven (grill, flat top and burner available outside) but the staff can cook for you with your purchased ingredients. These things didn't change our experience, just an fyi for others looking to rent. Also, having a housekeeping person there everyday to clean communal spaces (and rooms if you want) was great! This place was perfect of our vacation, we would love to stay here again and highly recommend.
