    Home has a lot of potential, but experience needs a lot of improvement before it could be considered a good place to rent. We had several less than satisactory experiences:
    1. I had to ask for house access codes a day or so before my arrival. This should have been provided a few days ahead of time.
    2. No house information guide providing basic information like how to control the A/C & heat, trash pick up days, what TV services are in the home, how to operate the hot tub, etc.
    3. The large window shade on the master bedroom door going out to patio was missing. Major privacy issue. It took 2 weeks for the home owner to get this corrected after our arrival.
    4. Two access doors were not locked upon our arrival. Also, two doggie doors were not secured making it easy for an unauthorized person to enter the home.
    5. Upon our arrival, the washing machine had wet towels & a wet rug inside.
    6. No ability to adjust temperature inside the home - I had to text the property mgmt company to get this done remotely. Sometimes they did not respond until a day later.
    7. On our arrival, the back patio had a gasoline can, plastic tub, and chips of a substance on the patio table.
    8. Toilet in one of the guest bathrooms would not shut off after flushing. I turned the water valve off to avoid wasting water. Notified property mgmt but nothing was done.
    9. Soap & shampoo dispensers in master shower were a mess.
    10. Lots of junk (candy wrappers, etc.) under the beds in the guest bedrooms
    11. Lots of little bugs/fruitflies in the kitchen area - I have photos of this
    12. I had to ask for the lawn in the back yard to be mowed a couple of times as it was getting very long & messy.
    13. Slow and non-responses from local property manager. I often had to ask 2 or 3 times before getting a response at all.

    This rental property is in a great location. It was well stocked with all the utensils and appliances you would need to cook and entertain.
    The downside was, it was not ready when we arrived at 4:00pm check-in time. We had to drive around the area for 2 1/2 hours until the maid was done cleaning, but blankets were still drying. Our groceries got warm in the meantime. There were no instructions on how to operate anything, or where the controls were. There were power blinds on the large bank of windows and sliding four to back patio, but it took me an hour to find the non descriptive control. The hood fan over the island range did not work. The house was too hot to sleep, but you could not control the HVAC, as it was remotely controlled by the hosts personal phone. The lawn had not been moved in weeks. There was a BBQ, but the igniter did not have batteries and we had to purchase a propane lighter. The main sectional in the living room was broken down cushion and uncomfortable.

    The house was a fantastic place to unwind and relax after getting off work. The space the home provides is the best part! And the beds are super comfortable as well. Overall the house is well stocked and ready for day to day activity
