SUITES – Eight private bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom for comfort and privacy: four suites feature king beds, and four feature two queen beds each — ideal for families, couples, or groups traveling together.

POOL & OUTDOOR SPACES – A heated swimming pool anchors the property, surrounded by lounge areas, multiple outdoor terraces, and shaded spaces for relaxing. Rooftop areas offer additional space designed for group gatherings and taking in the coastal setting.

PRIVATE CHEF SERVICE – Elevate your stay with optional private chef service for breakfast and dinner — meal preparation included, with guests providing their own groceries and ingredients. The indoor industrial stove is reserved for chef use, while guests have full access to the indoor kitchen's refrigerators, prep space, storage, ice machine, and bar island. For guests who prefer to cook themselves, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen includes a large grill with burners and a flat-top, ideal for group meals.

PERSONAL HOSPITALITY ATTENDANT – Enhance your stay with a dedicated Personal Hospitality Attendant, included at no additional cost. Throughout your stay, your attendant will prepare and serve beverages, assist with meal service, keep common areas refreshed, and ensure your group enjoys a relaxed, resort-style experience from arrival to departure.

To welcome your group, we provide a complimentary selection of bottled water, soft drinks, snacks, and light refreshments.   This property was beautiful and spacious. I would just suggest you be very specific with meal prep for the cook/chef. Also, give housekeeping specific instructions as well, to make sure expectations are met. Overall, we had a nice time.

  This place is wonderful. Chuck and his staff at Oceano are first class. They were very attentive and we had no issues at all. They helped arrange a great dinner that was wonderful. Highly recommend Paz Del Mar and Oceano. Great people.

  This house was amazing! I brought 8 coworkers down for a fishing trip to get away from the crazy of work. They were awesome! Check in was easy and great. House was very beautiful and comforting. Pool was fantastic! We choose to have tem cook us breakfast and dinner! The staff was amazing! The food was amazing! We will do this every year from now on.... Thank you sooooo much!
