With 11 private bedrooms and 15 total beds, Paz del Mar accommodates up to 30 guests, combining boutique privacy with resort-level amenities for a truly seamless large-scale stay.

SUITES – Eleven private bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom for comfort, privacy, and group convenience: five suites feature king beds, four feature two queen beds each, and two feature a single queen bed each. Two additional half outdoor bathrooms and one in the game room add convenience for pool and terrace use.

POOL & OUTDOOR SPACES – A heated swimming pool anchors the property, surrounded by lounge areas, multiple outdoor terraces, and shaded rooftop spaces designed for gatherings, events, and unforgettable sunset views.

PRIVATE CHEF SERVICE – Elevate your stay with optional private chef service for breakfast and dinner — meal preparation included, with guests providing their own groceries and ingredients. The indoor industrial stove is reserved exclusively for the chef, while guests retain full access to the indoor kitchen's refrigerators, prep space, storage, ice machine, and bar island. For guests who prefer to cook themselves, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen includes a large grill with burners and a flat-top, ideal for group meals.

  This 11 suite Hotel/Home was more than we expected. The rooms were luxurious and very clean, beds and pillows were so comfortable. We all slept soooo gooood! The views from the terrace towards the ocean were beautiful. Such a relaxing experience overall. We used the chef for one day and was daily cleaning was provided. Both the Chef and Maria, house keeper, were very attentive to our needs. The kids had an amazing time in the game room as the adults cooked in the outside grill while listening to music on the speaker that the property provided. The set up around the pool is perfect to relax and socialize.
  It’s a very safe area with security on duty as you come in or leave the properties.
  The Paz de Mar is about a 5 minute walk to the beach which was perfect.
  Unfortunately we had an emergency situation during our stay and La Cruz Roja provided immediate medical assistance and acted quickly to arrange for our family member to be transferred to Phoenix, Az. Our family is very thankful to Puerto Peñasco’s Cruz Roja and to Las Conchas for providing all emergency phone numbers at check in. Everyone I encountered was helpful and pleasant. I will definitely keep Paz Del Mar in mind next time we stay at Puerto Peñasco.
