This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom luxury retreat offers breathtaking ocean views, modern amenities, and direct beach access, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests.
BEDROOMS – The master suite features panoramic ocean views with a king bed and private en-suite bathroom. The guest suite offers serene ocean vistas with a queen bed and private bathroom. A dedicated kids' room includes two bunk beds, and a second living area features an additional queen bedroom with its own private bathroom and sitting/TV space.
LIVING AREAS – Unwind in the expansive living room by the fireplace, or relax in the secondary living space — offering plenty of room for the whole group to spread out.
OUTDOOR SPACES – Savor the sea breeze from the large, furnished back patio, or gather in the charming courtyard, perfect for stargazing under unpolluted night skies.
NATURE AT YOUR DOORSTEP – Playa Vida sits steps from a pristine Riparian Reserve, one of Mexico's most beautiful coastal ecosystems. Guests regularly spot ospreys, cranes, pelicans, dolphins, and occasional sea lions, along with vibrant tide pool life including sea stars, crabs, and colorful fish. Comfortable swimming is available in sandy strips between the rock formations most of the year (sand shoes recommended for tide pool exploration).
LOCATION – Located in the gated, 24/7-guarded Las Mareas community, Playa Vida offers peace, security, and a beach protected from ATVs and vehicle traffic — just 5–7 minutes from downtown Rocky Point's shops, dining, and entertainment, while staying free from city lights at night.

    Perfect location right on the beach for our 4 year-old grandson’s first trip to the beach and our family from Nashville, LA, and Tucson to gather for fun! Loved watching the ocean and birds from the comfort of the patio furniture and joining for meals at the outdoor table. Just a short trip into town for shopping and dinner overlooking the ocean! Maybe a new family tradition!
