Situated within the exclusive Paz del Mar estate, this elegant home features eight suites thoughtfully distributed across the lower and upper floors of the East Building. Each suite is designed in a warm modern-rustic style with natural textures, spacious interiors, and serene ambiance for restful nights and peaceful mornings. The East Building also connects to shared leisure areas that include a private gym, a game room, and a conference room located on the top floor of the West Building — perfect for staying active, working remotely, or simply relaxing indoors.

AMENITIES AND FEATURES:
Guests enjoy access to a resort-style heated pool surrounded by tropical gardens, shaded lounging areas, and direct beach access just a short stroll away. Daily housekeeping ensures your stay remains effortless and refreshing. The property also provides purified water and ice stations, ample guest parking including bus-friendly spaces, and an on-site EV charging station with an easy autopay setup for convenient use.

DINING AND KITCHEN USE:
The home features a fully equipped indoor kitchen available for guest use. Please note that the industrial stove is reserved exclusively for the chef’s use for safety reasons. For those who love to cook outdoors, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen awaits, complete with a large grill, burners, and a flat-top griddle — ideal for preparing and enjoying meals in the open air. Private chef services for breakfast and dinner are available with ingredients provided by guests. Full-service catering for special events or celebrations can also be arranged upon request for an additional cost.

PET POLICY AND SECURITY:
Paz del Mar welcomes pets upon approval, with a $100 per pet fee applied. For your safety and peace of mind, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property, including around the pool area. These are used strictly for guest protection and property security.
