Nestled within the tranquil Las Conchas community, this private resort is ideal for smaller groups seeking space, privacy, and resort-style amenities just a short walk from the soft sands of the Sea of Cortez.

The property is composed of two distinct buildings — the East and West — offering a total of 9 suites (five King suites and four Double-Queen suites). For reservations of up to 9 guests, your group will have exclusive access to the entire property, with only the number of suites needed opened and serviced for your stay. Whether you prefer a combination of suites in both buildings or a specific arrangement — such as three private retreats in the West Building and several ground-floor suites in the East — our team will tailor the setup to your group’s comfort and preferences.

Inside, you’ll find sun-filled living spaces designed in a modern-rustic coastal style, blending natural textures, warm tones, and local artistry. Outside, the resort’s heated pool, shaded lounges, and lush gardens invite you to unwind in complete privacy. Enjoy sunset cocktails on the rooftop terrace or take a short stroll to the nearby beach — every corner of Paz del Mar is designed for relaxation and connection.

For guests who love to dine, private chef service for breakfast and dinner is included with your stay. Simply bring the ingredients you prefer, and our chef will prepare personalized meals in the professional kitchen. Larger catering packages can be arranged upon request. Guests are also welcome to use the elegant outdoor kitchen, featuring a large grill, burners, and a flat-top griddle, along with filtered water and ice. Please note the indoor commercial stove is reserved for the resort chef.

Your stay also includes daily housekeeping, purified water and ice, ample parking (including space for buses or trailers), and access to an EV charging station (autopay system). The fitness room and game room can be made available upon request. Our dedicated concierge is happy to coordinate excursions such as sand-dune tours, whale watching, fishing, snorkeling, or cultural experiences around Puerto Peñasco.

Although designed for larger gatherings, Paz del Mar’s flexibility allows smaller groups to enjoy the same luxurious experience with a more intimate feel. You’ll still enjoy the full amenities, privacy, and attentive service of a boutique resort — simply scaled to your group’s needs.

For your safety and peace of mind, exterior security cameras are positioned around the property, including near the pool area. These are solely for guest protection and property security.
