  We are frequent travelers to Rocky Point. This was our first house rental in Conchas versus staying at a resort in Sandy Beach. Like with everything, pros and cons to each. If you want peace, quiet and little contact this is the way to go. The accommodations and customer service were excellent. Beach was clean, quiet and 50 yards away. Kitchen had all of the amenities and security was great.

  The house was very cute. It was just the five of us for a week getaway and we all enjoyed ourselves completely. We were close enough to town that I didn't feel a need to plan every moment of the trip, but close enough to the beach to feel like town was miles away. The house was clean and well stocked with the basics--we usually pack everything else in (food, supplies, etc.). You can tell that this house was well loved before it was a rental. It has lots of personal touches to appreciate and some fun additions for guests to enjoy, like the information binder with the brief history of the town. We even visited the CEDO campus nearby to learn about the sea life in the area. Javier was great about recommendations and helping us to plan any beach activities we wanted to try. Inclement weather kept us from parasailing, but now we have a reason to go back--and we definitely will.

  beautiful house beautiful ocean. A few minor problems, lightbulbs out, master shower hard to use, tv had nothing but Spanish speaking channels. master bedroom door did not latch. as I said minor
