Vistas de Las Olas East Suite

Vistas de las Olas East is one of two suites available in this second row from the beach home with an absolutely beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. It is located in Las Conchas. Vistas de las Olas East has a sister room, Vistas de las Olas West, that is a mirror image; you may rent one or both of these suites. Each suite sleeps 2.

The suite is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and inviting. The floors are red Mexican tile and there is beautiful decorative Mexican tile throughout. The spacious 600 square foot suite is like a one bedroom apartment. The kitchen comes with a microwave, small refrigerator/freezer, and coffee maker (no stove, or blender). Also provided are cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, and cleaning supplies. for enjoying your meals, there is a breakfast bar with seating. The fireplace is both gas and wood burning (bring own wood or fire logs). The living area has plenty of seating with a couch and chair for relaxing. For added enjoyment there is a Satellite TV/DVD/VCR, and stereo system with surround sound. Extra videos, CD’s, books and magazines are also available. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with beautiful and unique tiled headboard and end tables. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower and more beautiful tile work. Adjacent to the suite is a large outside patio and sundeck. Other amenities include ceiling fans, central heat/AC, propane BBQ as well as a hibachi, outside shower and easy access to the beach. Sheets and one set of towels per person are provided. Owner requests No Smoking inside/pets/children.

  honestly from the second i called this place and found out their holding song was the pino colada song, i knew it was big time vibes. very considerate and caring staff, A+ customer service and cost effective options. only thing i would like to mention is the location on vrbo is a little bit misleading, it’s not as close to town as it seems. other than that great place.

  Very pleasant stay.
  -Only TV did not work, but not important.
  -Few drinking glasses-plastic ones would be good.
  -Need new shower head- sprays all-over.
  -Toilet flow very low, but manageable.
  -Oceano management very responsive and took care of issues immediately. But emergency numbers did not work.

  Ocean view is exceptional! The property is not on the beach but only one back. An amazing ocean experience in peaceful Las Conchas! We saw whales and dolphins from the patio, enjoyed watching the birds and walking on the beautiful beach, which is only about a 2 minute walk away. There is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and small fridge, but no stove or oven. Plenty of dishes, drinking glasses, silverware, etc. Two plastic chairs are available to bring out to a huge patio shared with only one other unit. We've stayed twice in this unit and would definitely do so again.

  This was our first visit to Rocky Point. The room was very charming and clean. A bit confusing finding it down the dirt roads but once we did it was all good! Loved our ocean view and easy access to the beach. Porch is delightful to sit on all day as its shaded. Overall excellent experience.

  We spent 5 days in this house enjoying the ocean view from balcony, only steps from the beach, in so peaceful area. Apartment is nice and clean. Kitchen has almost everything you need only miss the oven ( stove). Only real problem we had is a shower(faucet). It doesn’t work properly and looks so old. I recommend Ocean Rentals to change it. Generally, bathroom is very nice but this thing makes me crazy every time I need to use it.

  We loved our vacation here! The staff at Oceano Rentals always keep things so easy, they let us check in a little early too! Vista de las Olas was a slightly hard to find exact room because there are no room numbers, but we figured it out and were really surprised to see we had a huge balcony looking out at the ocean and steps away from the beach! The kitchen had everything we needed, smallfridge, coffee maker, electric skillet, we brought a small grill. Space was clean and lots of room for two people! Thank you Oceano Rentals for helping with our weekend getaways from the Phoenix heat!

  A great place to spend a quiet weekend away. Listening to the waves as we sat on the deck was so relaxing. The deck is also a great place for a massage. The walk to the beach is just an easy few steps - better than expected. Don't expect to accurately locate the property on the online map. Overall a great place, we'll be back.

  Pros: The property is located in Las Conchas which means you have a gate security, nice beach access away from the resorts, and a close drive to the port/bars in town.
  
  Cons: location wasn't accurate on the VRBO map which was a slight annoyance to me. it was farther down Las Conchas beach. The units sink doesn't work and no stove.
  
  Overall it was a great stay and even with the Cons above I would come back

  We got in late, so it was a little tricky finding the right spot, but once we woke up in the morning and saw the view, it was all worth it. The space is clean and cozy, the porch is fantastic, and it's a quick walk down the hill to the beach. Be aware that this is not a full kitchen. There is no stove/oven. Also, I wouldn't recommend walking around outside at night. We encountered about half a dozen sizeable black widows in the dark!
  
  Overall we had a great experience. If it had a full kitchen, I would definitely book it again.
