PRIVATE COUPLES' SUITE WITH OCEAN VIEWS IN LAS CONCHAS, ROCKY POINT – Vistas de las Olas East is a private, 600-square-foot suite in a second-row home in Las Conchas, Rocky Point (Puerto Peñasco), Mexico, offering a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. Designed for couples, this cozy, self-contained retreat sleeps 2 and feels like a true one-bedroom apartment. A mirror-image sister suite, Vistas de las Olas West, is also available and can be booked together for larger groups.
INTERIOR – Beautifully decorated with traditional red Mexican floor tile and detailed decorative tilework throughout, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.
KITCHEN – A well-appointed kitchenette includes a microwave, small refrigerator/freezer, and coffee maker, along with cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, and a breakfast bar for casual meals. (Please note: no stove or blender.)
LIVING AREA – Relax on the couch and chair by a gas and wood-burning fireplace (bring your own firewood or logs). Enjoy satellite TV with DVD/VCR, a surround sound stereo system, and a collection of books, movies, and music.
BEDROOM & BATHROOM – The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a hand-tiled headboard and matching end tables, while the spacious bathroom offers a walk-in shower with beautiful decorative tile details.
OUTDOOR SPACES – Step outside to a large shared outdoor patio and sundeck, complete with a propane BBQ, hibachi grill, outdoor shower, and easy beach access — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation by the sea.
POLICIES – No smoking inside; pets are not permitted at this suite.
LOCATION – Situated in Las Conchas, one of Rocky Point's most beloved beach communities, with easy access to the sand just steps away.

  We had a great second stay! The unit has everything you need, including a electric plug in stove top if you would like to cook. The nearest hospital, the bathroom plumbing struggles are just keep that in mind. You are also only provided one towel, so you may want to bring additional if you are staying multiple days. The view is spectacular, and we love the quietness of the area and closeness to the beach. Definitely, one of our favorite places to stay!

  This was a fantastic location, out of town and away from the hullabaloo. Most days I had the entire beach to myself and the water was perfect. The only issue was the toilet didn’t flush well and it needed a higher quality plunger.

  I was very happy with this place, it was clean and everything was as described in their ad. The view from the balcony is amazing, and it's not too far of a walk to the beach. There were only 2 issues: (1) the place is not clearly marked, I had to wander the property going to every door looking for the one my key opened. There's at least 4 apartments in this complex, and there is no signage. (2) The toilet wasn't working the greatest, we didn't wind up calling anyone but there were multiple times we thought we'd have to.

  Ocean view is exceptional! The property is not on the beach but only one back. An amazing ocean experience in peaceful Las Conchas! We saw whales and dolphins from the patio, enjoyed watching the birds and walking on the beautiful beach, which is only about a 2 minute walk away. There is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and small fridge, but no stove or oven. Plenty of dishes, drinking glasses, silverware, etc. Two plastic chairs are available to bring out to a huge patio shared with only one other unit. We've stayed twice in this unit and would definitely do so again.

  We spent 5 days in this house enjoying the ocean view from balcony, only steps from the beach, in so peaceful area. Apartment is nice and clean. Kitchen has almost everything you need only miss the oven ( stove). Only real problem we had is a shower(faucet). It doesn’t work properly and looks so old. I recommend Ocean Rentals to change it. Generally, bathroom is very nice but this thing makes me crazy every time I need to use it.
  Overall I am satisfied with everything, specially with staff from Ocean rentals.

  We loved our vacation here! The staff at Oceano Rentals always keep things so easy, they let us check in a little early too! Vista de las Olas was a slightly hard to find exact room because there are no room numbers, but we figured it out and were really surprised to see we had a huge balcony looking out at the ocean and steps away from the beach! The kitchen had everything we needed, smallfridge, coffee maker, electric skillet, we brought a small grill. Space was clean and lots of room for two people! Thank you Oceano Rentals for helping with our weekend getaways from the Phoenix heat!

  A great place to spend a quiet weekend away. Listening to the waves as we sat on the deck was so relaxing. The deck is also a great place for a massage.   Pros: The property is located in Las Conchas which means you have a gate security, nice beach access away from the resorts, and a close drive to the port/bars in town.
  
  Cons: location wasn't accurate on the VRBO map which was a slight annoyance to me. it was farther down Las Conchas beach. The units sink doesn't work and no stove.

  We got in late, so it was a little tricky finding the right spot, but once we woke up in the morning and saw the view, it was all worth it. The space is clean and cozy, the porch is fantastic, and it's a quick walk down the hill to the beach. Be aware that this is not a full kitchen. There is no stove/oven. Also, I wouldn't recommend walking around outside at night. We encountered about half a dozen sizeable black widows in the dark!
  
  Overall we had a great experience. If it had a full kitchen, I would definitely book it again.
