Vistas de Las Olas West Suite

Vistas de las Olas West is one of two charming suites located just one row back from the beach in Las Conchas, offering a stunning view of the Sea of Cortez. This suite is a mirror image of its sister unit, Vistas de las Olas East. You may rent one or both suites. Each suite accommodates 2 guests.

LIVING AREA
The suite is beautifully decorated with warm, inviting colors and features traditional red Mexican tile floors and decorative tile throughout. The living space includes a comfortable couch and chair, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Entertainment includes Satellite TV, DVD/VCR, and a stereo system with surround sound. Extra videos, CDs, books, and magazines are also available.

KITCHEN
The kitchenette includes a microwave, small refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, and breakfast bar with seating. Basic cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, and cleaning supplies are also provided. Please note, there is no stove or blender in the unit.

BEDROOM AND BATHROOM
The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a beautifully tiled headboard and matching end tables. The spacious bathroom includes a walk-in shower with more detailed tile work that adds charm and character.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Enjoy access to a large outside patio and sundeck, ideal for lounging or enjoying the ocean breeze. The suite also includes a propane BBQ, hibachi, and an outdoor shower. The beach is just steps away, offering easy and direct access.

COMFORT AND CLIMATE
Ceiling fans and central heat/AC ensure your comfort year-round.

POLICIES
Sheets and one set of towels per person are provided. Owner requests no smoking inside, no pets.

  The place was super cute, clean and beach access was close and easy, we had access to an outdoor shower, which was great because the indoor showers water pressure was absurdly low (not sure if that’s because of the showerhead or something else). The AC worked well as did the Wi-Fi. Wonderful escape with a beautiful beach and warm water. The couch could use some updating and the peeling paint outside the house on the roof and cracks in the balcony could use addressing, but none of that affected our stay and we were really happy with our place. Oh, and the handle on the outdoor shower downstairs needs replacing.

  Upon check-in we had no running water or ability to flush toilets - this needs to be ensured PRIOR to guests checking in!

  House was amazing even though we only had a part of it. Great location, close to the beach. Only one thing that was a bit of a negative is that the room is on the north west corner. So this time of year it is very hot and when you check in the a/c is off. It took most of the two days to get cool and the windows are rounded at the top so there is no blinds to keep the afternoon sun out !

  The casita was surpringly pleasant! It was clean and attractively decorated. The view and sound of the waves created a calming atmosphere. Walking the beach was a fun experience.
  
  The rental could have been difficult to locate, if it hadn’t been for the painters who were doing some handy work. There are some stairs to climb.
  
  The private parking space provided additional security. We would return!

  Very happy with this little casita and would definitely go back. Perfect for one or two people. Las Conchas is the area to rent in Penasco. Two minor issues - the kitchen sink didn't work and the directions from the rental office are incorrect. Other than that, we loved it.

  Get little vacation rental. Pro's...great location, clean unit, approx 100 yards from the beach. direct explanation for property access, finally the 4th door I tried with the key, finally gained us access. No wifi. Great bedroom but no blinds in all of the half moon windows so we were woken up by the sun every morning at 530 am. Kitchen sink clogs or drains slowly upon arrival, needs to be fixed. All in all just minor details but enjoyed the place very much and would definately stay there again. THANKS!

  Great view: beach was very close and property was very clean. Found the house ok but they could have done a better job telling which section we were in. The cleaning woman was able to assist. If you want quiet and out of the way, this is the place. Will be back.
