Welcome to Arena y Sol, a vibrant two-story home located just 30 yards from the beach in Las Conchas, Puerto Peñasco. With stunning ocean views, bright décor, and inviting spaces, this home is perfect for a relaxing seaside escape.
The first floor features three bedrooms and one bath. Two of the bedrooms include queen beds, while the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, making it ideal for families or groups. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level for easy use.
Guests will climb the beautifully tiled staircase to the second floor, where they are welcomed into a cozy living area, fully equipped kitchen, and breathtaking ocean views. The living space includes a dining table, a wood-burning fireplace (guests must bring their own wood or fire logs), and comfortable seating for relaxation. Entertainment is available with a smart Blu-ray player, which allows guests to watch DVDs or stream Netflix on the television. The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and microwave, making meal preparation effortless.
Step outside to a spacious deck featuring a wood-fired oven and ample seating, offering the perfect spot to enjoy stunning ocean views. The lower level boasts an enclosed courtyard with a front patio, complete with a charcoal barbecue, an outdoor dining area with a palapa, and an additional fireplace. Beach chairs are available in the garage for guests to use.

it was great. Meet the Big Beach Dog named Tommy. he followed my dogs home from a walk and went into the house and ate all their dog food and took a nap. he did not want to leave.I put him outside with a bowl of food but he whined and cried until i let him back in and he spent the night with my dogs. he is just a puppy but a big dog. he will come over to the house since he thinks dogs are there.now

Watch out for the glass door going to the porch. It locked behind me on Friday night and I was locked out of the house because I did not have the house keys on me. I had to get Las Conchas security to help me get the door open at 1 AM in the morning

very nice house with extra bedroom and porch for view of the ocean. I like the old porch though with the plastic table and chairs to sit and watch the ospreys feed. Only bad thing is the wooden front door dead bolt will not work all the time. I thought I locked the front door a few times but the dead bolt did not go in all the way and the front door was unlocked. Please fix it.

It was very good. Thank you for putting the plastic table and chairs on the porch so I did not bump my knees into the iron table and iron chairs.One thing, the door to the porch looked like it has been JIMMIED and need to be fixed pronto. It looks like someone tried to pry it open, when I first got down there or the door knob does not allow you to open that door from the inside when it is screwed completely in to the door. Or it wont shut the door completely. ??

Very nice house but the light next to the door needs to be fixed, so I can find the key hole to the door and get in the house !! The entry way is very dark at night even with the lights on the 2 main drive way posts are ON.

It was fine except they were working on the roof of the house and they were working on the addition on the East Side. This photo is old The addition is on the east side now and the metal railings are gone. At least the main house has anew roof after what Hurricane Nora did to it last year. AC was working good this time too

Great house for a family (or 2) Excellent location with the beach across the street and a convenience store behind it. Small kitchen but has everything you would need, just no room for helpers. The deck and the outdoor space are big and nice for hanging out outside. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, but was fixed and still not very good at all. Oceano Rentals was available and answered my calls even after hours and sent someone out right away. They were the best rental company I’ve dealt with.

Nice house. AC was working but only really needed it Friday and Saturday. The wind picked up on Sunday and Monday and the temperature went down. Almost used the heat on Sunday night. Everything worked fine, but front door dead bolt was a little tricky getting it to lock sometimes. Had to play with it a for awhile.

Central AC went out on Sunday and rental company offered to move me to a house across the street for one night. I toughed it out using the wall AC unit in the bunk bed room. It was not bad, 80 degrees.
This is the second time the central AC unit has gone bad in the last 3 years.
Then Tropical Storm Nora hit on 8/31/21 morning. Water came in under the doors and the roof leaked into the upstairs bathroom and water came in thru the closed windows in the bunk bed room. I was leaving that day, so I took the house towels and put them at the doors and in the puddle in the bunk bed room. and left for home. Major leaks in the roof on the porch and on the west side of the house.

Back Glass window in back door needs blinds or curtains.
You can see the whole house thru it and anyone going between the bathroom and the bedrooms to get clothes etc. There is a house NOW behind this house (Arena y Sol) and they can see EVERYTHING that goes on inside Arena Y Sol now.

This house is a delight to stay at. You have a small view of the ocean from the patio next to the dining area. The a/c was great after hot days of fishing. The area is constantly patrolled by security for safety. The gate can hold a small truck, definitely a car or suv. The beds are comfortable. Most of the outlets worked to power up yo ur cell Phones etc. the oceano representatives are professionals and helpful providing source materials. I would definitely go back again.

Very good. AC worked. the heater worked. One problem was the front door key does not work well. You have to wiggle the key to get it to move. Almost locked my self out of the house for a night. Front door lock needs some teflon sprayed in it.

The house was great. But the noise from the neighbors just east of this house on Las Conchas Road played rock and roll music until 10 PM on Sunday night. It was so loud you could hear it inside the house with the doors and windows shut. It sounded like a rock concert on the porch of that house. I went to the guard house and complained and they said they already had a few complaints and were working on it. That was at 8 PM. Nothing happened until after 10 PM. They just blasted music all night.

The house was 93 degrees when I got there on Friday and the AC did not work. But Oceano Rental jumped right on it and got a AC repairman to come over and fix the AC in about 1 hour. Then On Sunday my truck would not start and the Las Conchas Security guards helped me out and found a mechanic who worked on their trucks. After 2.5 hours he got my truck started and it cost me $20 for a sensor and $80 for labor. Best money I ever spent. Hats off to Oceano Rentals and the Las Conchas security guards.

very good. Only problem is the first floor back door does not have any shades on it and anyone can look into the house and see you are not there. And they can see you moving around the house going from the shower to the bedroom. Needs a screen or shade for privacy.

House has been reworked. View from porch has been reduced. Spiral staircase (Sobreity checkpoint House Bound) is gone and replaced with steps. There was a issue with new tile construction, very dusty. Also keys to front door and patio area did not work and had to use the front door from the porch with a different set of keys. No towels or wash clothes, had to ask for them, twice. Not sure why there were no towels or wash clothes to begin with.

There were only 2 towels in bathroom downstairs, no wash clothes and no throw towel for the floor so you dont slip on the tile. When I went to the office to get wash clothes, they gave me 3 DISH RAGS !!!! So I used them as wash clothes. WHY NO WASH CLOTHES ANYWHERE IN THAT HOUSE ?

I have been to Rocky point several times over the years it's one of our family's favorite places. I booked last min this year so the choices of houses were small. This was my first time using this rental agency. The house was cute but it was not in good condition lots of things didn't work and things were missing, pictures were not what it actually looked like. For the price it was fine.

This is a great little house, well equipped. Be careful with the window blinds - they can't be raised and lowered. The A/C works great - very comfortable. The interior stairs are a cute little spiral staircase. There are regular tiled stairs outside leading up to the deck. Well-equipped kitchen. The water pressure to the upstairs bathroom sink is low. We didn't try the upstairs shower, but the toilets both had plenty of pressure. We were able to park in the garage, and the gates to the yard both functioned nicely. I would definitely stay here again. I don't mind the short walk to the beach.

My wife and our 4 kids decided to have a weekend getaway last minute. We were surprised to have found such a nice place on such short notice. The kids loved the fact that the beach was about 100' from the front door,and my wife and I enjoyed the quiet, and peaceful location. We are already planning another trip to Mexico and will be looking forward to staying here again.

This house is a good, cheap place to stay. I don't recommend that 6 people stay in this place. It only has two twin beds and one full/queen. It was only 5 of us and we barely fit, had to use the couch which doesn't pull out. House is run down, plumbing was good, nice hot water if you need it, well stocked kitchen for cooking.

Both gates to enter were broken. AC works great, was very humid but the ac worked out like a champ.

Overall I wasn't expecting greatness for the price we paid, was worth the price paid.

The pictures of the home are dated. When we got there, there was no water on the second floor. Oceana was prompt in having it fixed. The property says it has a DVD player, radio, and HD flat screen TV. No radio, the TV was a small Panasonic, the DVD wasn't hooked to it, and the operating instructions are for a Visio flat screen. It was also in the area of beach, which is all rock. we drove to better beaches. Other than these issues, the house was comfortable.
