Los Tocayos is a luxurious, modern beach house offering the perfect blend of contemporary design and beachfront convenience, located in the desirable Las Conchas area. With easy steps beach access, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath home is the ideal getaway for those seeking high-end style in a relaxing setting.
The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, private bath with a marble shower, walk-in closet, and TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and its own private bath, while the third bedroom has a queen bed with a bathroom just across the hall.
The living area is filled with natural light and offers a large leather couch and a dining table that accommodates the whole group. Unwind with a Smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows on Netflix after a day on the beach. Blackout curtains are provided for privacy when you need it. A landline is also available for your use.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, perfect for any cooking you may want to do, plus a Keurig machine (just bring your own K-cups!). Adjacent to the kitchen is a washer and dryer, for your convenience. Renters also have access to a 2-car garage.
The spacious yard is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery, creating a peaceful outdoor retreat. Relax on the patio furniture or enjoy a barbecue in the designated grill area. For a better view of the ocean, stairs outside lead you to an elevated deck where you can take in stunning ocean views.

  I was in contact with Chuck Salem, from the very beginning of my rental process in Las Conchas. Chuck was VERY helpful! He answered any and all questions that I asked. I have been frequenting Puerto Penasco since 1987. There are NOT many homes that I have NOT rented, over the years. I am VERY disappointed in some of the reviews listed on this rental. The home is NOT beachfront, and that is clearly stated. In SO MANY reviews, MANY complained about the beach access and beachfront condition. ALL you have to do, is walk to a home on either side of Los Tocayos, use the walkway, and the beach is EASILY ACCESSIBLE! SO HARD for me to understand, how renters, can be SO SPOILED and leave such negative reviews! I walked my 2 dogs everyday on that beach, as I do, no matter where I stay. NO PROBLEM! The beach was PERFECT! YES, there are ROCKS present FAR from the sand, when the tide goes OUT! Everything was in working condition, as promised. While we were there, last week, the temps were unusually HIGH, and the HUMIDITY was BAD. MORE like AUGUST than October. One day, we noticed a slight AC leak inside the home. We told Oceano, and they sent out a crew FAST, and had it fixed in NO TIME! The humidity did cause the LARGE sliding door in the family room, to become somewhat sticky. We had NO PROBLEM, using the access door to the backyard, in the master bedroom! We reported the sliding door issue at checkout, and I am certain it will be taken care of. I owned a VRBO a few years ago. I KNOW what these owners go through, to deal with the people who will complain and pick the home apart, in hopes for retrieving refunds. TOTALLY WRONG! This home is a rental. It deals with the elements of the Sea of Cortez everyday! We saw signs of work being done on the outside of the home, and it is kept up decently. The enclosed courtyard is AWESOME, and surrounds the home completely, circling it. We LOVED the upper patio at night, to watch the stars and moon, and listen to the waves!

  House was on the beach side of the street but behind another house with a 1 minute walk to the beach. A small view of the ocean from the top deck fully enclosed yard with a shade tree and some private quiet areas to read and relax. Modern decor and everything worked. Small store across the street with lots of basic items.

  Easy check in and the Oceano staff was very helpful.
  The house was ready early and very clean. Great location and extremely close to the beach.
  We were able to use the garage and also there is parking out front to the left side of the entryway.
  All of puerto penasco is having water issues right now. 6 of us stayed there and we were fine on water. Remember, its not like the states and if you can help conserve water, you will be ok also.
  House is well maintained and I would highly recommend .

  Unit was very nice and well equipped. Kitchen had water cooler and ice maker which was very nice. The fenced in back yard was great for our little dog and the beach was only a few steps away. The only negative I have is that the house alarm would randomly go off in the night, or day... and the dishwasher wasn't working. The kitchen itself is very well stocked with everything you would need to cook. We had a great time!

  We had a really nice stay at Los Tocayos for our holiday family getaway. We stayed for four nights and found the place to be clean, spacious and very comfortable. The house is one house away from the beach with easy access and the entire area was very quiet at this time of year. It was a little further from restaurants and shops than I would have liked but that was the only drawback. We were VERY impressed with management's responses to our requests both before we arrived and during our stay. They were very quick to offer information and anything we needed, e.g. more drinking water. At one point the sliding door to the patio became jammed and maintenance was on the spot within two hours to fix it. Overall a great stay!

  This was our first time to Rocky Point and the whole 5 days we were there were just amazing. The house was perfect for my family. I do wish the windows for the master bathroom were covered though. The view from the balcony was breath taking. The kitchen, well yes I fell in love with it, cooked and made it mine the time I was there. We will definitely return.

  We were told Los Tocayos is beachfront - no. It is behind a beachfront house. Beds for six, dining chairs for four. Barbecue is dangerous, mold in kitchen where sink drain had been leaking for a long time. Ants. Had to get Oceano to purchase utensils for kitchen and dining. For over $200.00/nite? NO! We told Oceano we would leave instead. Ended up at $125.00 which made it better. Too bad to see the place falling apart.

  Check in time was 4:00 and the House was not ready until after 5:00. The guest before is left the place an complete mess. No apologies from the rental agency either for not getting is in on time. This was our 4th stay in this house and Ms it appears the owners are not taking care of the house. No exterior lights work, no forks in the kitchen. No kitchen knives for cooking, no pot holders...had to use towels. AC filter missing and vent wide open. Light and fan in dining room has not wired in the past 18 months. This was our last stay at this house.

  We loved, loved, loved this house! Super cute and comfortable. It was the perfect size for our family and had everything we needed. The only suggestion I would give is to provide a working outdoor grill. Although we didn't need to use the property management company other than to check in and out, they were friendly and professional. No complaints!!

  Vacation home was nice and comfortable, but was missing a few major things! I would give this property 5 stars but we were without wifi the entire stay(4 days). Also some key essentials were not working or missing from property. The grill needs to be replaced! Don't count on it for cooking. Knobs broke and hard to use!!! Missing dinner forks, automatic dishwashing soap, and kitchen needed more essentials. Patio chairs so rotted out you could of fall through seat while sitting on them. No exterior lights. All needing bulbs or not working. Interior also had many non working lights. Overall a nice place but needs a lot of maintenance and upgrading. Coffee maker had wrong filters and non were available at store for a Mr Coffee. Bring forks dish soap grill chairs!

  We found our property to be beautiful, close to the beach and very clean. The only thing is, too many things needed professional repairs. The toilets didn't flush right, the jacuzzi tub didn't work, the outside chairs need to be repaired or replaced. The kitchen could have been stocked for guests better. Towels were limited, the washer/dryer didn't work well, light bulbs needed to be replaced, BBQ didn't work. With a little TLC, this property could be a perfect 5 star review.

  I went on vacation w my two daughters, a friend, and her kids. We had a great time; beach access is only steps away, private, and perfect for families. The house offers a great lay out and a very nice kitchen that was fully stocked. The decor is not really Mexican or rustic, but we spent little time inside! Ac worked great and ceiling fans were a plus! We already booked the house again for another weekend!

  The house rented was beautiful, but not at all prepared for our stay. To begin, we had no water upon arrival. When we did get water, zero water pressure. The shower stopped on my son midshower. The gas grill had no knobs, the oven door was locked-which my children wanted to use to make me a birthday cake. The house had a horrible odor the seemed to come in off and on. Not sure if there was something wrong with the A/C. ?? We had to call for assistance for all these things. We also had to ask for the cable box for the master bedroom. The home was beautiful but not at all prepared. Lots of issues. Do not think I would rent the same home.

  I am thrilled to be the first person to write a review on this rental. Los tocayos is absolutely beautiful! The pictures that are shown do not do it any justice at all. The third bedroom isn't shown in the pic's provided, but it is really spacious and has an a joined bathroom with tons of storage space. There isn't a photo of the kitchen and because of that, I thought I would be disappointed, but boy was I wrong! The kitchen is really nice with tons of counter space and its equipped with everything to preparing a small meal or if you're cooking for a large family. There is also a corner office space that's at the front entrance that's really cozy and secluded from the rest of the house. I really appreciated the little attributes that the property offered as well. Like the fireplace, the ability to dim the lights, and also the little lit cutouts in the walls displaying beautiful multi-colored glass vases. I found those little accents peaceful and romantic. The grounds are beautiful despite the shabbiness. I appreciated it though because feel as though it gave the property a more natural tropical feel. Another attribute that the property do not mention in the description is that it has a rooftop overlook of the ocean that is breathtaking. The only negative is that the property do not offer wifi but there is phone service. This rental is great for large families with children or multiple families, it has tons of open space. I will definitely be visiting Los tocayos again... I really appreciated its modernness unlike most of the other rentals. I will also like to thank the staff of oceano rentals that helped us through it all, they were very friendly, professional and pleasant.
