Casita de Sueños is a cozy and beautifully decorated oceanfront 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, perfect for a relaxing retreat. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with a private bath, while the second bedroom includes a double bed, ideal for friends or family. The condo is decorated with stunning Mexican tiles and authentic décor.
Relax and enjoy the stunning oceanfront views from the patio. Inside, the living room offers a queen-size hide-a-bed and a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings (bring your own firewood or logs).
The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave, making it easy to prepare meals. For your comfort, each room is equipped with air conditioning, and there are 5 fans throughout. Stay connected with Wi-Fi, and enjoy entertainment with Satellite TV, a radio, and a CD/cassette player.

  This property, Casita de Suenos, was disappointing. Kitchen pots and pans were in terrible cooking condition, the shower heads were clogged, shower didn't drain well,furniture was old and uncomfortable.
  Otherwise, the location of property on the beach is just right.

  It was a very nice experience overall during our stay at this beautiful beachfront home in Las Conchas. Some exceptions that may apply is that the mattress inside the sofa bed in living room may need an upgrade unable to sleep in it due to the conditions that we found the mattress in, also maybe inquiring some light fixtures in the front of the house parking lot area was completely dark at night, we had gasoline stolen from both of our vehicles that were parked during our stay, vehicles where not driven during our stay until the day we left. Overall the home was completely clean, well equipped would definitely stay again.

  We had a great time at this beautiful and traditional style casita and the staff was very helpful. We did run out of water but again the staff was right on top of the issue and had the truck out within the hour. Our only criticism would be that it would be nice to have a way to monitor the water level in the tank so you don’t run out. This was a great home and I would highly recommend it.

  I have been renting this property 2-3 times a year through Oceano for years and have always had an excellent experience. The unit we does need some upkeep improvements and decent kitchen utensils, pots and pans, knives, cutting board etc as we like to cook. Also, the same things are broken every time we go and it seems nothing gets fixed. We have been asking for a new charcoal grill last 2 times. It is in such poor condition it almost tipped over spilling hot coals around us. This is dangerous. We were lucky no one got burned.

  The property was as advertised regarding location, layout and amenities. Beds were comfortable thought the bed is second room was a double. The unit was not nearly as clean as we've stayed here in the past. Floors were dirty. It has some structural issues as the walls at the ceiling in the 1st bathroom has a fairlarge separation. Some of the inside furniture needs to be recovered. The chairs on the outside were mostly broken and not usable. Four light bulbs were burnt out on arrival and the kitchen faucet was wobbling around when you touched it The property manager set somebody out and made the repair and change the bulbs promptly.
  
  The view of the beach and sunsets are spectacular!! High and low tides are fantastic. Despite the items mentioned above, I would recommend this unit. The kitchen has more pots, pans, utensils, etc that any other unit we've stayed in over the past 30 years in Rocky Point. Everything else worked pretty well.

  As alway, Las Conchas is a great location. This property was as advertised and fairly well maintained. To me a major note from other properties i've rented. Everything worked, including all the burners on the stove. It including a full set of dishes, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils, Also included were common things like can openers, bottle openers, large spoons, spatulas. Believe me, this is not always the norm! Just a note, if you plan on doing your own cooking, bring your own chefs knife.The ones provided are usually dull.
  There are some issues with the living room tile floor buckling and separation on the bathroom sealing from the walls (settling?). In general, the condo was well maintained in relation to many others we've stayed in the past. The unit was mostly very clean. The service from Oceano was really improved over previous experiences. Found no hot water one day and someone was out to take care of the problem in 20 minutes. I would highly recommend renting this unit as I will again in the future! Want to buy fish or shrimp to make back at your condo? I found a new guy that is really honest. You actual get the pound of shipm you paid for and it's really fresh smelling. It's called Jessies and it's on the way to the fish market on the left hand side. It's on the corner where you would turn up to El Capitan. We found a new mexican restaurant this trip after asking Jessie about his favorite. Lolitas is in a new building just two blocks from his fish market building. Excellent, real deal food at great prices.

  This is a lovely 2 BR 2 BA place and lacked for nothing. The two double beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and the kitchen supplies were adequate. The tilework in this condo is very beautiful and I love the kitchen sink and the passthrough to the dining room! It's important to know there is no water dispenser. The living room is very pleasant with comfortable seating. We ate outside and would have enjoyed a sturdier patio table, but it worked fine for the 3 of us. This is an end unit with the path to the road on one side next to the neighboring 4-plex, so you will share your patio wall with only one other unit.
  
  It's just steps to the beautiful Las Conchas beach a short drive to town. It was a very busy Thanksgiving weekend at Las Olas I this year with fireworks visible from up the beach on Saturday, and lots of sky lanterns floating down the beach. Thanks for a great stay!

  Great location, can't beat that for sure! The property is nice, however there's some signs of wear...bedding and towels could stand an upgrade, very worn. Lot's of furniture in the condo, my opinion too much and too big and bulky. Property appeared clean when we arrived but it had a fish smell, we quickly opened doors and aired it out, lit a candle and we were fine. Reservation process was very easy and fast. Property was ready when we arrived 2 hrs earlier then checkin so that was great!

  I have rented one of these casitas in the past and I was expecting the same type of experience. However, I did not. On day 1, we came home after dinner to find tons of roaches greeting us as we walked into the porch. It was gross! Perhaps the cleaning crew could check that they took the garbage with them when they cleaned. This was an awful experience for anyone. Next thing, my daughter, who is 10 years old and 100 pounds, sat in one of the plastic chairs outside and as she was standing up, the chair broke, causing her to fall. The couch has a pull out and it is broken on one side and mattress very uncomfortable. Other little things such as the toilet difficult to flush is expected.

  The location is fantastic. Right on the beach. The home was clean and had plenty of sheets and blankets. Mattress on the hide-a-bed is not goo, so for multiple nights could be painful, and there was a pillow topper in the hall closet for the guest bed. The master bed was great.
  
  Things the property could use: extra coffee mugs, games with complete sets... access to laundry room because the white towels get dirty quickly. The home could also use a dustpan so we could sweep up.

  Duck tape on the microwave and curtain rod over the arcadia door. Master bath the faucet needs repaired when you turn the cold water on it runs all over the back sink. Beds (mattress hard as rocks). Pots and pans food sticks in pans they need to be replaced. The fridge makes lots of noise. No umbrella for patio furniture, Clothes line does not stay up once you put items on it to dry. These simple repairs and changes would go along way. Its not like I paid $50 a night. Neighbors were great

  This town house is right on the beach which made it perfect for our girls weekend! There was a weird dingy bleach smell that was pretty strong when we first arrived but we opened all the windows ASAP and the ocean breeze took care of it. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils however we found no coffee pot and ended up buying instant coffee. The location was perfect so these two minor things would not deter me from staying there again but next time I'd take my coffee maker! We had a blast and made some wonderful memories!

We loved sitting on the huge patio, sipping a margarita, and enjoying watching the tide go in and out. A very relaxing weekend. We will definitely be back!!

  That was our first time going to RP and I regret that we took so long to go. We had an amazing time. The house location I couldn't ask for more as wehad the ocean in our ffront step. It was near the fish market and others stores. The house was great, clean and had almost everything you could need. I would like to suggest to have a broon and pan for guest to be to sweep any sand that comes into the house, have a beach umbrela for the table. We will come back for sure to Casa de Suenos

  Very clean but bedspread in guest room had a big rip in it . Furniture uncomfortable and TV too small in regards to where the couch was. Plenty of towels and tp though . Maids work their butts off to try and maintain an aging property

  Making our reservation on the phone with Omar was a breeze. He answered all our questions and was very professional. This unit has one of the best patios in Las Olas. There are several chairs for you to just relax and take in the ocean view. We did some cooking and wished there had been a pot holder and a decent can opener. There were plenty of plates, cups & bowls as well as bath towels. Inside the dresser drawers need to be cleaned out but the rest of the place was very clean. Great to have wi-fi and cable TV. The lamps in the living room need replacing and 1 lampshade was always falling off. Minor stuff. Only big complaint is that the beds are as hard as rocks and a good night's sleep was not to be had.

  A great clean condo with a beautiful view. Very nicely furnished and set up. Nice quiet location in a gated community. Feels very safe with the security doing rounds throughout the day. Highly recommend!
