Casa Ole

Olé is a beautifully furnished two-bedroom, two-bath condo offering spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. The master suite features a king-size bed, Satellite TV, and a private bath. The large second bedroom has two full beds and easy access to the second bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen includes new cabinets and stove, along with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. The open living area boasts a hide-a-bed, a cozy wood-burning fireplace (bring your own wood or fire logs), comfortable seating, and breathtaking ocean views.
Step outside onto the large patio and deck—perfect for sunbathing, stargazing, or barbecuing with the provided charcoal grill. Additional amenities include air conditioning and heating in each room, Satellite TV/DVD, radio/cassette player, wireless internet, and parking for two cars.

All sheets and towels are provided. No smoking inside.

  We love staying in this Unit Ole. The inside decor makes you happy with its beach motif. It is perfect for three people and equipped with everything we need. Enough dishes and kitchen appliances, comfortable furniture in living area and beds and linens are super nice. Towels are fluffy and white. This unit is always clean. However, the damage to the patio steps made it very difficult to get up and down off of patio. Temporary steps or ramp would have been nice for us older guests.

  Right in the beach, this cozy condo has everything we wanted for our last summer getaway before going back to school. Convenient and comfortable, my family of six loved relaxing on the patio, playing on the beach just outside the door, swimming, and building sandcastles. We discovered we were out of running water due to a distant leak, and the manager had someone there to fix it within the hour. We were very happy.

  Would definitely return. The home was spotless when we arrived. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, and cookware. Bring your own beach towels and also (something we didn't think of) saran wrap/tin foil/tupperware it you plan on cooking and then storing leftovers. There is very little privacy on the beachfront patio but that was not a problem for us. A/C was nice and cold. Water pressure was great in the showers. Can't wait to come back next year.

  Townhouse was better than expected. Was not available until exactly 4pm. Unit was clean, only down side no washer and dryer available. Bring extra towels and beach towels. Back patio deck was a nice chill area. Only 2 lounge chairs available and 1 was broken. Our lights went out several times. The longest duration was 45 minutes. Neighbors said they kept going out all night after the long duration. Not many vendors on the beach. Overall stay was nice & location was easy to get to.

  Oceano does a good job cleaning and taking care of the property. It was very clean and decorated amazingly. only one piece of furniture (the ottoman) was stained. We just placed a blanket over it. Everything was comfortable. The problem is customer service. We flew into Phoenix and took the shuttle down. There were delays at the airport and we didn't get into Puerto Penasco until close to 5. We tried calling the office and got a message saying the office closed at 5! An after hours emergency number was listed and we tried over and over to call it with no response. When we got to the rental office, the office was locked up dark and the key to the property was taped on the window with my name. It would have been nice (and good customer service) to call or text me to say the office closes at 5 and ask if we were okay and on our way. All the paperwork says check in at 4, but nothing about closing at 5! The paperwork in the property is out of date. It said trash was picked up on Tues/Thurs/Sat. But Monday and Wednesdays were the actual pick up days. When I got to the office at 9 a.m. to drop the key off, nobody but a maintenance person putting out the signs and flags was at the office. It would have been nice to have the Rocky Point newspaper or some other events and goings on and information such as taxi numbers. The unit is well kept and beautiful. The views are stunning. So, the property is great. The management needs to do better with customer service.

  We loved this condo. So brand new - and the colors were great. The only complaint is that we could not access the wifi. So we drove to the office they gave us a password to use and if that did not work, use the password on the back of the modem. Well neither of them worked. Then we could not turn the TV on. I think instructions should be left for both of these items so renters can access them. Oh, and one more thing - we did have difficulty finding the condo. The management company helped a bit - the guard at the gate was not helpful. We basically drove around for an hour until we found it. I think the section numbers are not that well marked. I would love to come back again next year - this is such a fabulous location and awesome rental.

  We Love this place...only place we have rented for the last 15 years. It is always clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The remodel on parts of the home are fantastic. Only downside this year was the new front threshold or sweep at the base leaving literally an inch and a half gap that allowed in so many mosquitos! We spent the first day a half swatting them and being bitten. There is a "dog shaped" draft blocker provided to tuck against the door but it does little....we stuffed it with a towel and used some bug spray. Even with that, I still give it 5 stars. Its our favorite place there.

  Walking into the condo was wonderful. This condo has been completely remodeled from the pictures posted. Very beautiful. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Bedrooms and bathroom had enough bedding and towels. We usually stay on sandy beach and haven't stayed in Las Conchas for a while but this place changed our minds.   Great condo but we had an issue with no hot water. We were told it would be fixed by the morning of our second day but it wasn't fixed until that evening so we had no hot water for the first 24 hours. There were also construction workers repairing an exterior wall, which involved very loud pounding early in the mornings. Management promised to refund one day, plus the taxes and fees. Got the daily rate refunded but they have refused to refund the taxes and fees. I would give 5 stars for everythi g if it weren't for this. My ratings ablut management are high because they did promise the full refund at the time-it was only after the fact that they refused.

No spices other than salt and pepper,ok if they tell you to bring your own. Front wooden door needs replacing, a couple to shoves and you could break in. One broken lounge chair, not a big deal for us, but it might be for a larger group.
  Appreciated that it was very clean and with nice bedding.

  We've stayed here in this rental before and we'll stay there again. Everything was great except for the flooding due to the heavy rains one night. Oceano was all over it and had us cleaned up first thing the next day but it was an interesting night as the rain waters flooded into the center of the house through the sliding glass doors.

  This place was amazing!! The beds were super comfortable, the AC worked well, and the house was stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen! The house was also beautifully decorated! And the view and proximity to the beach was better than we imagined! 2 things that could have been better were the shower pressure in one of the bathrooms, and we never found the pullout sofa... But by no means would that keep me from recommending this place!

  Great condo in amazing condition for a rental. Comfy sofas and beds. And the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Overall we had an amazing time. The only issue was that it listed a washer and dryer to use. I asked before we book and they confirmed that. But once we got there it was locked up and no one seemed to know if there was one. So if you are planning on using it, it would need sorting out first.

  While the place is getting a bit dated over all this place is very good.

  I've rented houses on the Las Conchas twice before and this rental was the best so far. The townhome is well maintained and has all the amenities to make your stay on the beach perfect. The little Weber grill was perfect for grilling shrimp. The patio chairs and recliners were comfortable and heavily used by me and my guests. Hooks placed strategically for hanging wet clothing and towels. There is even a hose and bucket to wash your feet before entering the house. Plenty of nice plastic-ware and mugs for margaritas, wine, coffee, and juice. And a blender! Never had a problem with the plumbing or hot water. We had 3 adults and two children in the townhome and it was cozy but not crowded. Oh, and the wifi is very good. Just a perfect little beach bungalow.

  Ole was a very nice rental unit. This was our first time to las conchas and found everything superior. Only drawback is there is so much construction going on the roads were cluttered with debris from the workers.

  Cute, Clean, Convenient, Comfortable and Well Equipped. Only disappointment was they removed the Weber BBQ after we arrived and replaced it with a totally filthy BBQ, that wasn't usable and we were unable to use the internet service for first 24 hours as it took that long for the office to provide the correct password. For a gated community, did not expect all the peddlers.

  Great little place for 4. Very cozy. Everyone was very satisfied with the simple design of the house and the great beds in the bedroom. Such soft and plush beds. They really made the vacation even better.
  
  The people at oceano were great but what was nice was not having to fiddle with any problems in the home you could see they took great care to make the home a rock solid vacation home.

  With the exception of the air conditioning not working for two day, the electricity was gone for several hours on Saturday and then again on Sunday, not having cell phone signal to call the emergency number; everything was great. would I consider staying there again, absolutely!!

  I rented this condo a bit blinded. I went by the pictures posted on the website. I took my young family for a weekend getaway. This condo was absolutely perfect! Exactly how the pictures depicted. The beach was feet away from the back patio, all kitchen items were included, which came in very handy. The only issues we had was that bedroom 2 had no electricity. The company did address the issue timely, however, the air condition stopped working over night and shut the electricity again. It sure made that bedroom inhabitable for my kids. Despite this set back, I would most definitely stay in this condo again. If you plan to use internet, ask for the user name and password BEFORE you make your way to the condo.

  Once again, we had a great time staying at Ole. The wireless worked perfectly, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking accessories, the air conditioner put out freezing cold air and the bed was comfortable. The unit is right on the beach and the beach is sandy and inviting. The property was clean and well maintained. They provide 4 chaise lounge chairs plus a table with an umbrella and 4 chairs outside so we don't have to drag down beach chairs. All you need to bring are some umbrellas for shade while on the beach. This is the 3rd or 4the time we have stayed at Ole and it has always met our needs. We have found Oceano very professional and accommodating throughout the entire rental process. We ate at the property for all meals except for a lunch at El Chino's taco stand located on a corner in the downtown area. When stop at the Circle K on the right hand side of the road right before the Las Conchas turnoff and get ice and flour tortillas. This time the tortillas were so perfect we were truly amazed. They are made locally and sold at he Circle K.
  
  All in all, we had a fantastic time (other than being eaten alive by mosquitoes due to recent rains) and would highly recommend Oceano and Ole. We will be staying there again this spring when we return.

  Property was stocked and very well apointed. The furnishing was exceptional. Location was top notched. Right on the beach. Will never stay anywhere else. It may be far from Resorts and such but that's the beauty of Los 's quiet and yet you get to know your neighbors and make new friends. Also not far from shopping and bars if that's what you want to experience.The homeowner of this property has set up a house that you feel right at home in. Only problem we came across was A/C unit in living room is blocked by armoir. Didn't stay as cool as the rest of the rooms. Remainder of house was fine. Will return again in the future during a spring vacation!
