Casa de Juega

Casa de Juega is a three bedroom, three bath town home located in the Las Olas section of Las Conchas. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin / queen bunk bed and is served by a bathroom off the hallway, and the third bedroom, with private exterior entrance, is a 2nd master suite with a King bed and its own beautifully tiled bathroom.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, excluding dishwasher, and most small appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. The living room/dining area has a wood-burning fireplace (bring own wood or fire logs) and opens onto a patio that overlooks the Sea of Cortez. Amenities include central air, ceiling fans in all rooms, Wireless Internet, local telephone, Satellite TV Monitor/DVD/VCR, CD and radio, charcoal barbecue, (bring own charcoal), patio furniture, and outside foot shower. Owner requests No Smoking Inside; Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided.
This home is pet friendly, pet fee is $75 per pet

  We have rented this home many, many times. The HVAC wasn't working and Oceano did a great job at getting a technician out to make the repair. However, the water heater wasn't working correctly and the kitchen and two bathrooms inside the unit only had
  lukewarm water. The outside bathroom water was warmer. Oceano had two repairmen out but the problem wasn't resolved. Hopefully they are able to rectify this before someone else has the same problem.

  Came down for a quick getaway with the family. The place is right on a very sandy beach (no rocks). The house was very clean and updated, making it very comfortable. It is on the smaller end as far as space goes but the rooms are a good size. Plus...isn't the point to be outside on the beach and not sitting inside of a house:) Amazing experience

  Very nice end unit condo directly on the water. The two king beds were comfortable. We didn't use the bunk beds. The kitchen didn't have any dishes that could go in the microwave- the plates were melamine - and there weren't any glass dishes to use. Besides that, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and a coffee pot and toaster. The bathrooms are gorgeous with large walk-in showers. The condo is really nice and clean, with great outdoor furniture as well. We were very happy and would definitely stay there again. Oceano is also very prompt with service requests and a great company to book with. We had an issue with the shower valve being stuck on and they arrived within about 20 minutes to fix it.

  This year out annual family vacation consisted of two new additions. My daughters’ partners. They had never been to RP. Usually we go in October so it was a little more chilly for us going in March. We were pleasantly surprised to see all the upgrades to the property. Everything is always well maintained and the Oceano staff is very responsive to our suggestions and needs. The worst thing I can say is that there’s not much storage in the kitchen, but WHO CARES! The ocean is steps away and who wants to cook on vacation?

  Great house. Clean and had every amenity you could ask for. Right on the beach. Beach was very clean. Check in and check out process was very easy and staff extremely helpful. Neighbors were owners and very nice people. Sound system inside the house and on the patio was awesome! The only complaint that I had with the stay was that the WiFi in the house is terrible. Strange thing was that our cell phones had full bars LTE while in the ocean but no service in the house lol. Overall fantastic experience and I will be staying here again for all my visits to Puerto Peñasco going forward. Beach vendors were all very nice and brought us literally anything we wanted.

  Stayed here for our yearly girl trip. We usually stay at one of the resorts on Sandy Beach, but decided to give this a try. We had a wonderful experience and loved being able to walk out the back door directly onto the beach. Loved the tide pools first thing in the morning.   This condo has the best location of anything on the beach! Steps, literally steps to the beach. Beautiful and peaceful. The condo itself is fully loaded with everything you need. Immaculately clean! Very few solicitors, which is perfect when all you want to do is have a quiet vacation at the beach. Wifi works well, large refrigerator. AC works great, dripped a bit inside on the floor but that is to be expected with the humidity. It was perfect and I'll always look for this place to stay.

  Great location. Company and employees were professional. The property was clean except the sheets and pillow cases had stains (what seemed like saliva) and we had to take them all to wash. None of the blankets were used, they all smelled bad...I wonder if they even wash them or how often they do it. It should be after every single reservation. We got this same house 3 years ago and till this day the front door of the actual house is still broken. It makes a horrible noise as it drags across when its opened. I cannot believe it hasnt been fixed. Overall its clean but not taken care of or updated. Its alright for the price. The location was excellent witht the view. Its sad that they no longer have security at front entrance and now anyone can enter the property. Thats one of the main reasons we got it again this year. Overall it was okay but I dont think I will stay here again. The front wooden door will still be broken and the sheets will probably be dirty.

  We loved our stay. This place was perfect. Right on the sand was taken care of immaculately. The tile work is beautiful, everything from the towels to the silverware in the kitchen was perfect. It had everything you needed. Awesome tiled patio. The air conditioning work perfect. I have nothing negative to say, I would definitely stay here again.   It was my first experience in this part of Mexico and found it very enjoyable. The casa was a wonderful getaway bungalow and met our expectation. However, finding the rental office was more difficult than needed to be (give more directions) and the lock in to the casa does not open with the first turn, in fact we left thinking we had the wrong location. Returned only to have the 3 of us try it. Other than that, great location. PS Ask for the password location.

  We had a wonderful time at this rental. It is the perfect size for 6 to 7 people. I am used to staying at beach house rentals, but for the price, you could not beat this. Only had one issue where maintenance was needed for broken toilet handle. I called the rental company and they had maintenance come and repair it right away. You will not be disappointed with this rental I would definitely rent this unit again.

  Sunday thru Thursday was wonderful! It was quiet, serene and uncrowded. Friday all of that changed. It depends on what you like...if you're a "howdy neighbor" type, you may love it.
  
  The unit itself is lovely and very well-maintained. I was amazed at how well appointed the kitchen was, spices, dishes, utensils, appliances. Amazing thoughtfulness.
  
  We saw NO critters, no mice, no bugs. We had a problem with water pressure in the kitchen which was repaired within the hour of calling maintenance staff.
  
  The only disadvantage is that, when outside, you are separated from your neighbor by nothing more than a short walk and not everyone has healthy boundaries. This alone will make me stay in a single home next time.
  
  Again, Casa de Juega is beautiful!

  It was really nice to spend Christmas with my family right on front of the beach, we usually go about 4 times in the summer, this was our first time going in cold weather .I took my own Christmas tree to have my two kids decorate, the weather was nice, around 70, water still cold,but we seen people on the water. The mornings are beautiful, you can have your cup of coffee out side and watch the night we turn on the fireplace it was really nice, we got the firewood close by, there is always people selling boxes of chopped wood for $5. The night is nice, not too cold ,you can still turn on the heather to warm up the rest of the house. We didn't use the 3rd room sense it was my husband and I, and two little ones, but I notice it have its own AC/Heather system by it self. The house is really clean ,you have all your dishes to do you cooking, we baked cookies and it was really nice. We definitely going back for Christmas again.

  We stayed here for 2 nights. The location and beach were great. Great space for the price. One of the rooms has a separate entrance from the rest, but behind a wooden gate like the front door. The room with the bunk beds never really cooled down and we had to ask for trash bags and dish soap (which were brought to us very quickly). Overall we had a great time.

  The house was perfect for our stay. At the time of our stay, the microwave was out for repair, but this was not an issue since the kitchen was well equipped.
  
  One thing that would have been nice is some umbrellas. We saw the sockets in the short wall for the umbrellas, but couldn't find any. Maybe they were locked up since it was January, but the sun was already getting warm.
  
  The heater worked fine and there was plenty of hot water for two couples. The location is close enough to town to enjoy restaurants and shopping, but far enough away to have a relatively quiet beach.
  
  I would recommend this house for a small group. I think the maximum capacity was listed as seven which is about right.

  Cute condo right on the sand. At the end of a 4 unit building in a nicer area of Las Olas in Las Conchas. No hustle and bustle, very serene. Lots of folks our age staying in the community (50 - 60). The unit itself was stocked well and furnished nicely. Very clean and comfortable for 4 adults.
  
  Kitchen well equipped, good water pressure. A few minor issues - the microwave does not work and the handle on the sliding glass door is loose and missing a screw.
  
  We brought our own propane camp stove which saved us the hassle of bringing briquettes and cleaning their grill. We cooked outside most every meal.
  
  It's not a large place but the living is truly outdoors on the patio.
  
  Another item of note, please confirm with the rental agency that no workers will be doing construction on the property during your stay. There were three workers who climbed on the roof to install a new TV Dish during my afternoon siesta without giving me any notice and it was upsetting to be awakened to shouting and stomping on the roof above my bedroom.
  
  The breakfast burrito man Peter is great, as are all the trinket sellers that comb the beach every day.
  
  Now that we know the property, if we ever choose to return to Rocky Point, we will probably come back here if our party doesn't require extra bedrooms and space.

  This was the third time we stayed here. It's perfect for the 3 of us-each has their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is workable and had the necessities for cooking every meal-including grilling. Oceano is quick to respond with any concerns. The neighbors are always friendly. This beach is breathtaking. Clean, well-patrolled, empty of loud wave runners, and full of marine life. Nothing like having coffee every morning with your toes in the sand while watching dolphins jump and osprey fish. The townhouse is clean, has satellite tv and wi-fi for those who can't be unplugged.
