Mariposa is a two bedroom, two bath beachfront condo with gorgeous ocean views. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private tiled bath. The other bedroom has twin beds with an easy-to-access tiled bathroom just down the hall. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker (as well as a standard coffee maker), but just be sure to bring your own Kcups!. The kitchen also includes a blender, toaster, and microwave for as much (or as little) cooking as you would like to do. The living/dining area, which overlooks the Sea of Cortez, has a queen sized sleeper sofa and a wood burning fireplace (bring own wood or fire logs). The oceanside patio has a charcoal barbecue and patio furniture. Other amenities include central heating/AC, Wi-Fi, fans in all rooms, Smart TV, Direct-TV and DVD. There is a landline provided for your convenience.

Owner requests No Smoking Inside. Pet Friendly upon approval. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided.

This was our second time renting Mariposa. It's perfect for our family! All appliances and fixtures worked fine, no issues with internet or streaming, comfortable and clean. We enjoy this area along Las Conchas, good mix of sand and rocky tide pools. We come to Rocky Point 1-2 times a year, and we always rent through Oceano. Great service!

We have stayed at various properties in this complex and always love it. But some properties are better than others, despite similar in price. Mariposa needs some upgrades, maintenance, and tender loving care. From the screen door falling off, 2 gas grills that did not work. Only 2 lounge chairs for 4. No table on patio to eat or play games. We like cooking at home and the kitchen was poorly equipped. Only 4 forks? Unit may be ok for 2, but certainly not 4. I learned that this property is actually owned by Oceano and not privately, which makes this inexcusable. I always rent from Oceano and all good experiences. Please fix this place up, or rent it at much lower price.

We love Rocky Point, we have been traveling there for over 25 years. We always enjoy dealing with Oceano, they are great! Mariposa was OK for the number of days and how many people we had this trip. It was a quick trip. Mariposa needs a little work. The BBQ grill is garbage-no way to cook on it. No patio table on the patio to enjoy a meal. We used the ledge around the patio as a table. We made it work.

We love Rocky Point and come as often as we can. This property needs some TLC. No umbrella or chaise cushions. One dish towel in a place with no dishwasher. Refrigerator was making a loud noise that would wake us up during the night. Not enough dishes or utensils, no paper towels. No drain plugs in Master bath. It was clean thanks to the management company but ones paint and general repair.

Very basic vacation rental. If you're looking for luxury or comfort you'll be disappointed with this unit. Ideal for beach with a place to sleep and shower. Patio doors do not slide well and hot air comes in from outside due to lack of sealing. Bedrooms are cool though. Ceiling fan in master not usable due to rocking and noise.

Rental was very easy to get to, even during a heavy rain storms. the unit was cleaned really good and ready on arrival. the security patrolled the area quite frequently, on road, beach and even a small guard post very nearby. Mariposa is my favorite place to stay in this row of beach houses in Las Conchas. The little cation on the beach is perfect, it’s right where the beach becomes much more sandy but clare SR enough that you can explore all the tidal rock pools. The house has absolutely everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. Cold AC, a well supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, and great showers. They have a working TV with Direct TV for evenings when you just want to kick back after a little MGR day in the water. The ease of check in with Oceana rentals just enhances the stay. I never want to rent through anyone else. Thank you again Oceana for enabling a wonderful stay, and the ladies who clean up do a marvelous job.

Oceano Rentals is a great company that I have worked with for years. Mariposa is a 2 bedroom townhouse on the beach. It was very clean when we arrived. There were several issues and I think the owners had not been there in a long time. I won't list all of the items that could have been either fixed or improved because we gave the list to Oceano when we left and they said that if we had called when we first arrived, they would have addressed, or at least tried to, all of our issues. So if you rent this, just make sure they have put in chairs and knives that work, more glassware, light bulbs, bbq tools etc. The location is great-very nice sandy part of the beach. They have a coffee maker-no blender, very small grill (no fish basket or skewers), great showers.

Most of the light bulbs in the house were burnt out. We counted 11 burnt out. None of the outside bulbs were working. One of the bar chairs were broken. Closets doors hard to open. Only 2 clothes hangers. No broom for sand. No dishcloths. No kitchen stuff: toaster, blender, BBQ utensils. Junky kitchen glasses. Very few. Bathroom hall toilet leaks water. Roof tiles were missing. 2 broken lawn chairs is all they had. With very little work could of been fixed easy. The house was clean but not well maintained. I don't think that the cleaning lady can reach the light fixtures to replace the burnt out bulbs.

I would recommend this place to friends but not with out warning them that this is not a well taken care of house.

Been staying at Las Olas townhouses through Oceano for over 20 years and they have yet to disappoint. Check-in is always a non-issue and the unit was ready and clean. Kitchen was nicely equipped and I was glad I brought less stuff. It's very nice to be right on the beach where I can sail my Hobie cat and this beach isn't mobbed by vendors. Only improvements I would suggest is I would prefer a queen bed in the second bedroom so I could invite adult friends and the water pressure in the Master was low but it was fine in the hall bathroom. The only negative thing is that the rental needs a lot of work. Tile falling off on patio, and appliances in need of updates. Other than that it was great.

Very nice Condo on the beach. We rented Mariposa because our usual choice was booked. It proved to be a Great rental and we plan on using it again as a 2nd condo for Family get togethers. A few things that we missed having in this condo (Very Minor) A Rug for just inside the door for sand (we used the bath mat, and a Patio Umbrella (we did bring our own but a 2nd would have helped tremendously).
Overall a Lovely place to stay. Thank You!

I took my wife and my son to Mariposa as we also had 2 other families staying in condo's in same area. We absolutely will return, we loved the condo, nice to have internet and direct tv in English. minor issues, no screen sliding door and the sliding door was tough to close. the hall toilet chain kept falling off. but being right on the beach at such a reasonable price, full furnished. We will definitely come back and I want to stay again the Mariposa condo specifically in the near future.

The location was perfect , the townhouse needed lots of repair, the furniture outside was old and the umbrella needs replaced as do the chaise lounge, the pots and pans needed replaced and the utensils were few

Always great to stay in the Las Ollas condos. Mariposa was comfortable, but needs some attention and routine maintenance. Interior door handle missing on sliding door, so very difficult to open and shut. Patio furniture breaking down and needs replaced. Refrigerator pooled water in the drawers and shelves. No outdoor hose to rinse off with. The place was clean, but ants were rampant in the kitchen. On the plus side, beds, linens and towels were new and excellent. It was still a pleasant stay and with a little basic maintenance and upgrades could be far better.

Marilou's is a beautiful condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a sofa that pulls out into a bed. This condo was clean, comfortable and truly a home away from home. It is right on the beach with sand and clear water. It is very quiet and relaxing. We will come again!

Alright. The house needed some repairs. Missing a broom for sand cleanup, need screen door on the sliding glass door going out to the beach patio. House just did not look like the owner wanted to keep it nice to spur rentals. Ripped furniture, door frame on Solarium coming off, front door sticks on floor when opening, etc. Appliances need updating. Not really worth the money.

We knew condo on mirador would be a little noisy. We booked there so we could walk to Mannys. Well it is closed. The decibal level from the bars was over the top, even ear plugs would not allow sleep till 3:00 AM. Because of A/C issues Oceano moved us to Los Conchas 2 nights THANK YOU OMAR.
