Buenos Tiempos means "Good Times" in Spanish---and that is what you will surely have when booking this beachfront property. This home is bright and homey, with blue accents and Mexican inspiration.

Upon parking your vehicle, Buenos Tiempos welcomes you into your vacation with a bright blue door, giving you a taste of the colorful atmosphere of the home. The driveway only offers space for 2 vehicles, so please consider this when travelling. Buenos Tiempos includes three bedrooms, allowing for a total of 6 guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with double sinks. Both the counter and showers are tiled with Mexican mosaico. This bedroom features an atrium which brings in plenty of natural light, and a breeze when the weather is cool. The second bedroom has a king bed and its own patio access. The third bedroom, which has its own private entrance, has a queen bed and private bath. Aside from the bedrooms, the main house includes a half bath, the kitchen, living, and dining area. The colorful kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances as well as a coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, and microwave (no dishwasher). The living room offers plenty of seating for all of your guests to enjoy the view, watch television, or warm up to the fireplace (bring own wood or fire logs). For those that and private ocean side patio that allows direct access to the beach. The home is tastefully decorated with vibrant, nautical décor for an immersive experience.   Every June I treat my grandchildren to a week at the beach, we stay at Buenos Tiempos. It is a three-bedroom casa that perfectly accommodates us with a separate suite in the front courtyard. We spend most of our time on the patio from breakfast to happy hour. We love the closeness of the sea, the beach walks, the low tides and just about everything at Los Conchas, and this casa.

  The location was amazing! It was like having our own private beach! The condo wasn't super spacious for hanging out inside, but it was clean. We spent most of our time outside so the lack of space wasn't a huge issue. We felt safe in the quiet neighborhood and loved the solitude of being away from the resorts.   We love this unit, accommodates our family of 5 nicely. We stay here often. The third bedroom suite is private, outside in the courtyard so nice little getaway if needed. The location is perfect, patios are placed so neighbors are not a distraction. We had a few snags in the beginning but everything was handled promptly. The only complaint would be the patio furniture: very uncomfortable chairs, table too small, legs fell off everytime it was moved.

  House was very neat and clean. AC working good no major issues. Our biggest disappointment was the changes in the security, they used to have a security system were only people renting/owners were allowed to access the area. That system is no longer in place so basically anyone can roam around including delinquents . The second day of our stay our brand new canopy was stolen, I called the security they still have, but they were not able to find who took it.
  The beauty of the beach is amazing I would want to go back, but now that you must take your valued items with you every were you go ( you can not leave them in the house due to high crime) I am doubtful. The incident left my young ones feeling very insecure/ scared, our stay was not the same as last year, unfortunately.
  If we stay again I will make sure the house has security cameras if not I am not staying at all.
  The location of the house provides easy access to crime as there’s an empty lot on the left side.

  Las Conchas location was great. Unfortunately, our group felt more like the property managers than vacationers. We had to contact the property manager daily for issues with the property starting the day we arrived. Started with the water pump not functioning and being out of water, then to the Wifi not functional, then the water pump malfunction rendering the property without water pressure. Then the float broke in the water tank flooding the courtyard with 2-3 inches of water. The Oceano office was close to Las Conchas and the staffs response was only to send out the repair guy over and over. The most disappointing thing was that there was no offering of compensation for the hardships of the property, we had to basically chase down the manager which took the better part of a 2 week phone tag game. Eventually, we were compensated 1 evening. The last 2 days we enjoyed listening to jackhammers and orbital sanders as the units on either side of this one started remodeling. We'll definitely be back, but will not going back to this property of using Oceano

  We are a family of 4 we all stayed in one room since we have small children. The other 2 rooms were not used. The kitchen is small only one person at a time can really be there cooking. Living room good size, restrooms were big. Working water and working air conditioner (it took a while for the house to cool off and it never went below 80. The beach beautiful very peaceful specially with kids only saw families which is great no one was trying to be wild so great place to take the family! The beach is sandy when the tie is high. Very close to the malecón (down town) it took us like 5 min to get there simple directions.

  Overall, this was a nice place to stay. Unfortunately, there was a major issue with the refrigerator not working. It doesn't keep things cold, and I requested that they come fix it. They sent someone out to fix it, but all they did was turn the cold dial (which didn't make a difference), and then left again. Bottom line, the refrigerator needs to be replaced, it's rusted out and in awful shape, and I know I'm not the first to mention it. Other than that, there was an issue when we got there with the house smelling like cat pee, but the smell eventually went away. I think it was brought out by the initial cleaning. Other than that, it's a little cramped, and the furniture in the living room is extremely uncomfortable. Should these things get taken care of, it would be a phenomenal place to stay.

  Always stay in Los Conchas Patio homes love the location to the beach and the chance to be with family. Just enough space and comfort. When we got there they had just about finished repairing the front gate lock took a little time but was not in our way only problem was with getting the second set of keys. The arcadia door was smooth to open and close only problem it would slam and sound like glass was going too break at any moment.Once we learned to control the slider not too much of a problem after that.House was clean but just a little too much in way of furniture that got in the way.Overall it was comfortable.

  Three-bedroom Buenos Tiempos was a wonderful vacation spot for my sisters and our spouses. We spent 7 nights there. While the home was pretty clean, we were disappointed in the condition of the majority of the leather chairs (torn - I have pictures if you'd like to see) and the broken chimenea. We had brought wood with us so we could sit outside and enjoy the beautiful seaside and sunsets, to no avail. One burner on the stove didn't work and the kitchen was very disorganized as though no had cared where things were put away. We had to request light bulbs twice, but we were finally able to replace the burned out bulbs in the living room and hall. Seating for 6 was a bit inadequate in the "living room," but the weather was nice enough we spent much time outside during the day and sat around the dining table playing card games at night.
  
  With all that said (for owner's information), we look forward to going back. The location was great and we had a wonderful time.

  Myself and two of my best friends very much enjoyed our stay at Buenos Tiempos. The condo was in vbery good condition with the exception of the stove, which had one or two faulty burners. we do a lot of cooking while we stay in Las conchas and this proved to be somewhat of a handicap. everything else was great! we have stayed in various Las Olas condos for the past several years and really enjoy the accomodations that Oceano Rentals provide. I have never had a problem with the reservations and the staff is very accomodating. We plan to come back again next Spring.

  My family has been coming to Rocky Point since 1970. Long before there was a Los Conchos. We stayed at the old Villa Granada and loved the local life. As Los Conchos was built we tried many rentals but my family decided that Buenos Tiempos was our favorite. My wife and I are now in our mid 80's. We love Rocky Point and will return as long as we are able. (Please do not mention the name of our favorite rental as we don't want to fight for an opening next year)

  When we arrived to the rental, there was a sign on the door that said the property had a tax foreclosure on it and could be subject to locks being changed. As we entered, the fridge was taken apart and located in the dining/living room. It also did not look like the house was as clean as it could be. We went back to the rental office and the staff there was at no help to us, they did not even get out of their seats to address us. After lots of arguing they sent over a maintenance man to address the fridge situation. The maids were also there as they said they did not finish cleaning. The staff imformed us they could not change condos because our 3 nights of rent was already promissed to the owners and they couldn't switch us with another guest who was only staying 2 nights. That is not the guests concern, it's the management company's. While we did end up enjoying our stay, we weren't impressed with the Oceano office Staff. I would recommend to the owners of the property that they switch management companies.
