The master bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed and a private bath. The second bedroom is ideal for children or friends, with two twin beds. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, a private entrance, and its own private bath, providing extra privacy and convenience.

Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a coffee maker, Keurig machine (just bring your own pods!), blender, microwave, and toaster. Whether you're brewing a morning cup of coffee or whipping up a quick snack, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips.

Relax in the living room, which includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a cozy fireplace (please bring your own wood or fire logs for chilly nights). Enjoy Wi-Fi Internet, Vonage phone service, and satellite TV for entertainment during your stay.

Step outside to your private beachfront patio, where you can lounge in comfort while soaking up the stunning ocean views. There’s also a built-in charcoal barbecue for grilling up meals while enjoying the sea breeze. The condo offers a two-car garage for your convenience.

For added peace of mind, a landline is available for your use. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside, and there is a $75 USD pet fee (per pet) for your furry companions.
Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided, you are free to bring beach towels.

  Unfortunately, the cleaning crew had left the AC way too low, which caused the pipes to freeze slowly ,so the ac stopped working. No towels either. When we called the manager was condescending and rude , made me feel like we have done it. We come from Arizona believe me we know how to use the Ac ,who wants to go on vacation to be hot ! Plus this is our 3rd stay and we never had issue before.

  This is our 3rd year in a row. Staying for 6 or more nights each stay. Very disappointed to see the same old run down couch. Couch is the only sitting in living room. Shower not useable in master bedroom due to shower head on wrong wall. Sprays water all over the floor. Microwave turntable doesn’t work. Burner light stays on stove when burners not on. Future rentals need to be advised of construction going on next door. Chimney on roof is falling down. Advise no fire inside fireplace. If furniture was updated we would stay again or refer friends. This was not worth the holiday premium we paid to stay here.

  This is a Greta place to take the family. Was about 10 doors down from mannys, and the water was out tje back door. Kids loved the tide pools, and having a 2 car garage removed all fear of damaged vehicle or theft. Neighbors and workers were all super friendly, and employees in the office on Freemont were great. Their direction were perfect and local recommendations were on point. This place would also be great for couples as one of the rooms has an out side entrance, so both couples would have privacy. We had 5 kids and this was more than enough room.

  Another excellent property from Oceano. The house is literally walking distance from Manny's Bar which makes for an easy walk home. The house was pristine, no complaints at all. We had a party of 7 and everyone was comfortable. The beach at this location has more sand than rock, so swimming was enjoyable. Overall a wonderful property and would definitely reccomend!

  This is the 2nd location by this owner that we stayed at this summer. We paid less for this place which was a nice surprise, as it's significantly nicer than the unit a few doors down.
  The a/c works but it is on constantly and at times was very cold because it did not respond to the thermostat which may be broken. We were wrapped in shawls and layers of clothing much of the time inside. Also, the hall bath had a very foul odor that smelled like sewer throughout the whole stay.
  
  It was nicely clean but there were quite a few things that needed attending to: the lamp in the 2nd bedroom has no knob to turn it on/off and was unplugged. That left the fan, which had a lot had very short strings, so no way to adjust the fan or the light other than the switch which really doesn't work. There is a huge hole in the wall by the TV with wires hanging out from the cable/phone, that is a hazard. Mostly small things that need attention.
  
  Overall the place is cozy, had all the essentials that you need, the location is fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.

  first off would like to start off by saying my family of 6 had a great time. this placewas perfect for what we wanted. so lets clear up all the bad reviews about this place. no there wasnt any sewer smell at all, kitchen was fully supplied with all utensils,and place had plenty of room. it was absolutly spotless and the ac was ice cold within a few minutes. place is very secure with walled walkway from main house to third bedroom and garage(awesome feature) car was safe with closed garage.and the best part, beach was like 30 yard from patio, and was the only section of beach with no rocks, right in front of this place only. few venders but super friendly and will go get what ever you want from the trinket market . many beach club had awsome fat tacos and good margaritas and was maybe 100 yards away. the beach wasn't crowded and my kids loved all the tied pool critters. this was my best stay in rocky point yet. the only downfall to this place is the cleaning fee is way too high! we cleaned up after ourselves and still left a tip but the fee made the total cost 400 for 2 nights, when we found it advertised anywhere from 130 to 160. so i think that fee could be lowered if renters would take care of their cleaning people.the only other problem with this place is directions, they are horrible and you will get lost trying to find both the office and the condo. so let me help. from long road from US, turn left at giant green sign saying los conchos(which is in rocky point), go a mile or 2 and office is on left, thats it.from the office, back out into street drive forward to stop sign, which will have pemex station, turn left, go to end of road (brick wall on rightside ) turn right go 2 blocks, turn left into what looks like an alley, its a driveway, stay left your there. there are 2 alley streets ,both have condos if you go to wrong one back up and try the other. if you see mannys beach club sign, you went 100yards too far. aventura is painted above garage.

  The condo is an older unit but it was expected and we enjoyed our stay. There were a few minor fixes that could be made and we provided Oceano with a recap. If you stay in this unit I would warn you the fridge may not be cold enough (freezer works like a champ), take a broom, take ant spray we did get ants in the kitchen but sprayed once they never came back. The pull out in the living room was worn out but we built the mattress up with extra blankets and it worked fine for 2 kids. The unit does have wifi and for the most part kept up with the kids needs. Overall the condo is worth renting especially since it gives you direct access to the beach.

  Our stay at Adventura was great. Separate and private bedroom/guest house for the newlyweds and good space for the 6 of us in the main house. Clean, safe and good location in Rocky Point. It was great having the beach right outside our patio. I wanted a broom and dustpan to periodically sweep out the sand, so I bought one at the store and left it there. Hopefully it will stay, but take your own just in case you want to sweep up. Appreciated the use of the garage to store cars. Trash was a bit of an issue. We weren't sure where to dispose so left it outside next to the garage. Would have been good to know. Great place! Would definitely stay at Adventura again!

  We have stayed in Oceano properties for about 15 years, and this was the first time I have felt they aren't maintaining the properties. We had kitchen cabinet doors falling off. The kitchen was also not adequately stocked. We did not have a dish cloth to wash dishes, and no sponge or scrubbing pads. There were only 3 coffee cups. We requested additional cups, and they were never brought. In the past we have always had a broom and adequate trashbags. We only had 3 trash bags and no broom to clean up with. We love this beach and would like to continue using Oceano, but feel they could do better.

  Oceano employees were very flexible with us as we had to change our reservations from one house to another a few days prior to our arrival in order to accommodate our pets. The employees also sent two handymen to try to rectify the fact that the TV satellite was not operable. Unfortunately, after a whole afternoon of troubleshooting, the TV satellite issue was never resolved nor was there any follow-up from the office. I would've liked to be credited for the fact we did not have a working satellite TV available to us for our three-night stay.
  
  The interior of the home is clean and beds were comfortable. We had plenty of hot water for showers. The linens were clean. We were provided with a bar of soap in each bathroom and dishwashing detergent. The A/C and Internet connection are strong amenities. Our main gripe was the fact that the glass door that leads to the beach is so damaged that you must struggle with the door to open and close EVERY time you want to step outside and take in the breeze/view. At times, it seemed like the door was going to fall off and break onto the floor. The breeze was quite strong and due to the condition of the glass doors, one could hear the strong breeze howling through the door all night/day long. There is a tiny courtyard between the main house and the garage, which is nice when you need to leave a few things out to dry in the sun. Also, serves as a mini yard. This property is good if you want to steer clear from the craziness at Sandy Beach but I do not think it was worth the price. I was charged over $600 and we were constantly worried about breaking the glass door and had no TV, as indicated. I would've appreciated a refund for the fact that the TV issue was never resolved.

  Stay was great. However, place is advertised for up to 8 persons but some of the kitchen items numbered only 3, like coffee cups etc.
  Sliding patio door is on verge of collapse, comes out of the rail at the top.
  Some cleaning items should be left in bathrooms & kitchen.
  There is nowhere to dispose of garbage.

  We had a good time at this place. There were seven people in our group, three generations. The bedrooms were separated from each other and everybody had good provacy. Location and view was good but it was sad to look at the deteriorations of some condos around us.
