The dining room seats eight comfortably with uninterrupted ocean views and direct access to a wraparound balcony.
BEDROOMS ON MAIN LEVEL – Two master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and private en-suite bathroom, plus a third bedroom with a twin bed and an additional full hallway bathroom.
LOWER LEVEL – Two additional bedrooms — one king, one with two twin beds — plus a spacious family room with its own fully equipped kitchenette and minibar. The living area opens directly to a ground-floor porch with front-row ocean views.

  El Perico Bizco was perfect for our family and friends beach vacation. The house was beautiful and clean and plenty of space for 8 adults and 4 children. Each bedroom has it's own attached bathroom. The bottom floor is like a whole separate unit with it's own kitchen! The area is very residential and quiet. About a 10 minute drive to town to shop and eat. WalMart is a 5 minute drive. The walk down the hill to the beach takes about a minute or two, super easy. The views are spectacular and the beach is super sandy, not rocky at all. Would stay here every time if I could! Great service!
