  The vacation rental was ideally located in Las Conchas. Amenities in the house we're perfect for our needs. We did have plumbing issues throughout the stay and the property management was very responsive and communicative when service techs were coming to the house. I would recommend the home to other families looking for a great vacation spot.

  Liked: Location, Comfortable king beds, ample space, filtered water cooler, both covered and open patio on the ocean, helpful main office when needed.
  
  Disliked: overpowering fragrance on all linens, some general repairs needed on screen doors/oven maintenance, TV set-up to watch while standing-not sitting (high up the wall), no dishwasher.
